This retreat property is a custom remodeled home with the most sought-after amenities in vacation accommodations, plus both convenience and privacy. The outdoor oasis pool area features a *heated pool with ambiance waterfall, four lounge chairs, two sun umbrellas, a two person table and chair set and propane grill. You'll enjoy relaxing to the soothing sound of falling water from the stack stone water feature. The landscaping is enhanced by attractive up-lit palms and pool lights that add great ambiance to evenings poolside. The home sits on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood and you will appreciate the thoughtful fencing and maximum privacy of the pool area; which is not visible from the street or surrounding properties.

Up the entrance staircase you will find the spacious open concept living area/kitchen. It is the perfect gathering place with seating for six around the large island, a wall-mounted smart TV and all new furniture. The kitchen has exquisite quartz countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy meals together including table service, cooking utensils, cookware and appliances. Enjoy using the dual coffee maker, blender, toaster and slow cooker. The flat-top range, convection oven and microwave drawer provide great meal preparation flexibility. Outside the sliding glass kitchen door is a fully screened Florida porch with a gorgeous custom built dining table with seating for ten plus additional conversational seating for four, nearby. Party lights are an added touch for evenings outside. The luxurious king suite on the upper level has a generous closet, in addition to a wall-mounted smart TV, ceiling fan, two bedside USB charging ports, iron and ironing board. The adjoining bath offers another TV, double-basin vanity, water closet, soaker tub and a large custom tiled shower with niche.

If you seek additional gathering space, the lower level living area is ideal. Your eyes won't know where to look first; vivid artwork, comfortable queen sofa sleeper, inviting side chairs, imaginatively tiled fireplace, wall mounted smart TV and a shiplap wall that is lined with convenient hooks for your pool towels. Don't overlook the laundry room with sink adjoining the living area; the front load washer and dryer are there for your convenience. There's an impressively appointed queen suite on the lower level. It boasts a shelf lined closet, bathroom with double basin vanity and tile shower with niche. There is a wall-mounted smart tv, ceiling fan and night tables with USB charging port equipped lamps. There's even a bunk-room. It provides four XL twin-size beds each with a charging cubby for cell phones, tablets, etc. as well as a wall mounted, flat screen smart TV. The lower level hall bath is convenient to the bunk room and right inside from the pool .

A second Florida porch on the lower level provides comfortable glider seating for 6 as well as the location of beach chairs and umbrellas. Right inside the from the lower porch is a second full size refrigerator great for beverages or ice cream treats that you'll want by the pool. As an added feature, there is a full-hook-up camper pad with water, sewer, 35 and 50 amp electric service, cable and WIFI. It will accommodate a motorhome or travel trailer trailer up to 42 feet long. It is available for an additional $125 per night with house rental. Bikes are available for rental nearby to enjoy a pleasant ride to nearby sites, dining or the 8 block ride to the beach.

The rental price of the home reflects the inclusion of the golf cart during these dates. Any rentals during this time period will be required to sign an addition LSV Addendum. Should you wish to rent a golf cart outside of these dates, you may do so directly by contacting a local golf cart vendor. The average weekly rate is $800 per week.*****

The Gulf Place Town Center is located is a great location for dining, shopping, and fun art classes for children during the spring and summer months at the Artist's of Gulf Place. Visit and take a stroll through the local boutiques and shops. Unwind with a massage at Awakening Wellness Organic Spa. Must-eats include The Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea and Shunk Gulley with its two story ocean view and fabulous oysters. Just a few miles the opposite direction is Blue Mountain Beach, a welcoming neighborhood that proudly boasts South Walton's highest elevation point of 65 feet. Blue Mountain Beach hosts incredible scenery along with many activities, attractions, and fabulous eats and treats. Blue Mabel offers a great brunch, Blue Mountain Bakery is a great stop for pastries and the Blue Mountain Creamery is a must visit for ice cream after the beach.
