Welcome to our luxurious Cape Cod vacation rental condo! This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located in a private community, providing you with peace and quiet and added security during your stay. One month minimum stay, please message with any questions or concerns.
Located in the heart of Cape Cod, this vacation rental condo is the perfect base for exploring all the area has to offer. Whether you're looking to relax on the private beach, enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, or explore the quaint coastal towns, you'll find it all just a short drive away.
The Belmont Condo complex features rare and unparalleled amenities found in a typical Cape Cod rental. These include a private, heated saltwater pool where you can relax and unwind in the sun with the provided tables, and lounge chairs. The private beach is just a short stroll down the private boardwalk, giving you easy access to pristine (and uncrowded!) shoreline with complementary lounge chairs. You'll also have access to the private Belmont restaurant, where you can enjoy live music, savor delicious local cuisine and full bar without ever leaving the property. Other amenities include tennis/pickleball, bocce, volleyball, kids playground, private fire pit, fishing, and much more!
Inside the unit, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen features a dishwasher and all the utensils and cookware needed for each meal. The in-unit laundry means you can pack light and enjoy fresh clothes throughout your stay.
