The Space:

Tiny Lake is the perfect charming waterfront cabin getaway for small families, a couple of friends, or a romantic couples getaway! Tucked away in the Blue Ridge Mountains in North GA overlooking a small lake, this cabin has a beautiful setting to kayak, paddleboard or canoe. Tiny Lake is located 20-30 min to all the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge, GA (Mercier Orchards, charming Downtown BR, Serenity Spa, Lake BR Marina, Toccoa River, etc) & will accommodate 4 guests!



Whether you're hanging out on the screened in porches or in the hot tub, grilling or relaxing by the fire pit, swimming in the lake, cozying up next to the indoor fireplace, or enjoying the charming floor plan, the privacy of the beautiful woods and lake offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing mountain getaway.



The Main Floor features a living room with a workspace, a Smart TV (Streaming only), and an electric fireplace, making movie nights extra cozy. There is a laundry closet with a washer, dryer, broom, vacuum, mop, iron, and ironing board.



The dining table seats 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Mr. Coffee 12 cup brew pot, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, knife set, dishes, ice maker, silverware, pizza cutter, blender, mixing bowls and cups, pots and pans, casserole dishes, toaster, strainer, scoop, can opener, wine opener, measuring utensils, mixing utensils, baking sheet, veggie peeler, measuring spoons, cutting board, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and flashlight. There is a gas grill that uses propane tanks on the porch.



The main floor bedroom has a king bed with a Smart TV (streaming only). The bathroom on this level has a tub shower.

The main floor screened in porch has rocking chairs and a round hot tub that seats 4, overlooking the lake.



The top level features a cozy reading chair and a King master suite with a Smart TV (Streaming only), a private screened in balcony overlooking the lake, and an attached bathroom with a walk in shower.



Just outside is a fire pit overlooking the lake. Please note firewood is not provided. Follow the trail from the yard down to the lake and you will find two swinging benches by the lake so you can soak in the beauty up close! Please note this is NOT Lake Blue Ridge and is not a big enough lake for boating. Kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing are welcomed but gear is not provided.



Minimum age to book this rental is 21. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.

There are no pets allowed.

No smoking of any kind allowed inside or around the property (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc).

The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.

Cabin driveway can fit 3-4 cars and is not suitable for trailers, RVs, or boats as the roads are narrow with nowhere to turn around. This cabin can be reached with 2WD and roads to cabin are mostly paved.
