Easy walking distance to Gruene Historic District with shopping, dining, river outfitters and Texas` Oldest Dance Hall. Huge native trees provide park like grounds at this beautiful riverfront location. Elevators provide easy access to this second level condo.
This brand new spacious and gorgeous unit is completely furnished with sleek appliances, flat screen televisions in the living room and all 3 bedrooms, granite counter tops and modern furnishings. Luxury sheets and linens throughout. Grab family and friends and jump directly into the Guadalupe River from your backdoor! This property is walking distance to Gruene Hall where you can enjoy live music 7 nights a week, waterfront restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and the historic Gristmill, plus countless boutique shops and antique stores. Located directly across Gruene Road from Rockin R River Rides.

During summer months, we will not be able to accommodate early check-ins. Late check-outs are dependent upon availability and an additional $50/hourly charge will be incurred.

*Pool heating is an additional cost of $150/daily

We work closely with a 3rd party equipment rental company that provides golf-carts to our guests for an additional cost. New Braunfels is a very golf-cart-friendly town and the `lokals` favorite mode of transportation! The golf carts are dropped off at the property prior to your arrival, gassed up, so all you have to do when you arrive is jump on in and cruise around! Let us help get your vacation started even sooner!

Pre grocery delivery service is now available! We`ve teamed with trusted local partner, The Welcome Basket, so our valued guests can now arrive to their vacation home with a well stocked kitchen. Skip the store and settle in faster!
::Airport Shuttle Transportation::
New Braunfels is conveniently located less than1 hour from San Antonio International Airport and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. We can arrange for transportation to and from our vacation rentals. Additionally, the New Braunfels National Airport is located less than 7 miles from downtown New Braunfels making it a perfect option for our private travels. Transportation dependent on availability so ample time is greatly appreciated.

Let us arrange for even more luxury during your stay with us! ::Pet Policy::
Pets are allowed with an additional $250/nonrefundable pet deposit. Pets will not be allowed on the furniture and crates are highly encouraged. Owners are expected to clean up after your pet outside for the consideration of other renters. Additional fees could apply if we find that your pet was allowed on the furniture or beds or if we find it was left unnecessarily messy because of the pet, and/or if we find damage to any part of the home.
