Welcome to our cozy home! Just 15 minutes from Knoxville airport, this 2 BR, 2 BA bath house is centrally located to restaurants & attractions in Maryville & Knoxville. Our home is near the famous Tail of the Dragon: this No. 1 motorcycle & sports car road is 11-miles long with 318 curves. We also are 10 minutes from Maryville-Alcoa Greenway hiking/biking trails, Maryville College's Green Loop & Louisville Landing Marina. Plus, we are 30 minutes from the Smoky Mountains, Dollywood & Gatlinburg.

The space
Our home sits on an acre of land in the quaint town of Maryville. Feel free to park your vehicle or motorcycle in our secure one-car garage and then settle into our comfy sofa with three recliners to enjoy your favorite Netflix/Amazon shows or play a myriad of board games.

Our space boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus an office complete with a full-sized, comfy pull-out bed, a desk and fast, reliable fiber internet.

Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, TV and ample dresser and closet space.

Bedroom 2 features a king bed, TV and ample dresser and closet space, as well as a full bath.

Office features a plush sofa that converts to comfy 60 inch X 75 inch full-size sleeper bed, a desk and closet space.

Our kitchen has ample space and features every appliance, including a Keurig and regular coffee maker (coffee pods provided to get you started), cookware, tools and all the spices you need to make a meal with your guests.

We also provide ample towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and first aid supplies.

We also have space for you to leave your mark. Share your favorite experiences with us in our guest book, leave a motorcycle chip or a license plate for our garage wall!

Guest access
We offer keyless entry with your own private access code to the house. You will have entire access to the house and grounds.

Other things to note
We have 3 parking spots with one in our covered, secured garage. Our home is also equipped with exterior security cameras and one camera in the garage. The secured garage can fit one vehicle or 3 to 4 motorcycles. Two more spots are available in the driveway. Our home is also equipped with exterior security cameras.

Our driveway is close to the narrow road so backing a longer trailer into the driveway can be a challenge. If you are parking your trailer, please let us know, so we can tell you where and how to park.
