Palmas Del Mar is a resort community that boasts ** two championship 18-hole golf courses, **horseback riding, **restaurants, shopping and **marina .
The Solimar is a one story with no stairs with controlled access located within Palmas Del Mar beautiful resort and perfect for family of all ages.
**These amenities are available with a fee and to be booked directly with them.

Pterocarpus Forest hiking trail , beach access and community pool are free.

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathrooms includes a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and two twin size beds in the third bedroom. Two full bathrooms and a half bathroom. It accommodates 6.

It includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a 55" smart TV in the living room, Smart TV in the master and secondary bedroom. Included internet and free Wi-Fi. It’s a modern and minimalist furnished.
It’s few minutes on a golf cart ride to the beach, restaurants and Marina. Bring your snacks and towels to the beach down Candelero Drive. No lifeguard at the beach nor at the pool. Please follow the beach advisory flags and pool rules.

The villa is very nice, spacious, and clean. Communication with the host was also great. We rented a golf cart (easily on the grounds) to access the nice beach by the hotel. There are no beach chairs, coolers, or umbrellas included, so bring your own.

The amenities were awesome! Comfortable beds, 2 1/2 bathrooms for three bedrooms, a kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Close to the Wyndham Palmas and other Palmas stops.

Resort within a Resort Style

We had an amazing stay. Solimar Villa has everything you will need. Very clean and Beautiful. There are many pools within the gated community. The plaza is about a 2 minute drive and it has many bars and restaurants with a Piano Bar. You can also rent golf carts and get around the entire community. There was also a high chair and play pin for my 9 month old baby. I will plan to stay here again. Such a great stay!

Our Stay

Our stay was very nice. All the rooms felt spacious especially the master room. The kitchen was beautiful and it had everything you would need to make a meal as far as tableware, utensils and cookware. The property was nice and quiet. And anytime I had a question I could reach out to Arelis and she would respond very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place for your next stay!

Challenging visit

Clean, neat, antiseptic but could have been a hospital. Minimalist furnishings. Six of everything. No lounge in the sun. Not warm and inviting in any way. Porch overlooks parking lot. Pool water was cloudy and warm. Barking dogs all around us. We liked the decor but very sparse. Super clean and neat. Directions we were given got us into the complex but we drove around 1/2 hour looking for the apt. Codes were tedious. More instruction needed to operate them easily. We lost power for a day. I emailed the manager but got no answer or adviceIt was a challenging week.

Excellent for our family vacation

The property’s layout, cleanliness and location were great for our family’s gathering. Loved the proactive communication from the management when I got a little lost- my fault for not looking at the instructions. The property was comfortable for varied TV viewing, streaming on devices and air conditioning preferences. It was lovely to walk to the main pool to relax, walk to the Plaza for coffee or a good meal and the beach. Within an hour drive, you can do day trips to Luquillo Beach, El Yunque rainforest, Old San Juan, and El Morro. I would highly recommend this property to others and will likely come back in the future!

Awful / non responsive

They gave us incorrect information to access the house (code for entry) and then never answered when we contacted them for help. We’d just flown into the island and were sitting by the gate with a car full of people and luggage and couldn’t check into the house - despite contacting them exactly how they asked us to. It caused an extremely stressful start to our trip in which we had to SCRAMBLE to find another place for us to stay. Shame on them for running their rental in this way. Avoid at all costs!

Lovely and out of the way

This property and the resort were easy to get to and not too far away from San Juan for various trips on our vacation. The beaches on the east coast were gems and the quickness in which we could get to the many points of interest for our family were a definite plus.

Very nice condo.

Super clean & modern condo in gated community. Perfect for our family of 5, spacious rooms, bright & cheery. Nice big patio area for after beach/pool cocktails! Large pool just a short walk away. Highly recommend.
