We were very happy with the size of the home and the amount of beds there were also plenty of Linens but the space was really nice and we especially enjoyed the pool I would keep in mind that the bathrooms need serious updating we experienced one toilet that would consistently clog also the kitchen while it had a great supply of spices it lacked proper pots and pans

The host could have cared less when I brought to his attention several issues that I had with the amenities.
This was what we had to cook with. Everything dirty and sticky. 1 small frying pan and a caldero. Both dirty!
Another kitchen cabinet with stuff just thrown in. Filthy and sticky residue.

The communication with the host, the location of the property and the privacy were a 1010. Unfortunately, minor things were setbacks as far as the Jacuzzi not working in the master suite the TV and outlets not working on the wall connected to the closet in the master suite and the pool was unsuitable the first 48 hours of stay due to a prior storm, but the contact and host were amazing and sufficient, and made sure the pool was up to par for the remainder of the stay. Overall, I will book again. The location was phenomenal. The host was phenomenal and the property was phenomenal.

The master suite had no power at the wall outlets. I’m a CPAP user and that’s a major concern. Luckily I found a couple of 25-foot extension cords that I daisy chained (a legal no no) to make it work. The right sink in the master suite had no water. The shower in the master suite had no hot water. The property in general is in dire need of repair. The eclectic furniture and appliances are in sad shape.

Family stay

This is our second time staying at this lovation. We have no complaints. Some minor upgrades would make it even better. But definitely recommend for large families clean. The host responds immediately regarding any questions. Close to some beautiful bleach beaches.

Our First but Not Last Vacation in Puerto Rico

First time Family Vacation, was planned in 3 days, last minute and it was AMAZING! This house was perfect for us. Having the pool made it 100x more fun and relaxing for the whole family. We only contacted the Owner once and they handled cleaning the pool which turned over night to green within a couple hours. We would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you so much for having us use your home for our home for vacation:)

Greeting, we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations of what you wanted, but the residence was as advertised on the platform. a quiet environment, with a private pool, television, air conditioning, four rooms and very spacious. the environment that is shared within the residence is harmonized by the same tone. Regarding the internet, we nwvwe recived any mystification that it was not working for them, we usually take inmediate action on any situation that gueste report, that is why we offer telephone numbers to which they have contact with us before and during their stay at the residence, We appreciate your review and for giving us the opportunity to serve you.

Family Reunion

Our stay at the property was great. There were a few issues that we addressed with the property manager at check out. The main issue we had that it may be out of their control was that we didn't have Wifi during our stay. Otherwise. The property was a perfect fit for our vacation.

Good Times

It was a nice house and a good area. The beach was more like a 15 minute walk 5 minute drive. Alot of seaweed and other vegetation on the beach. Palmas de mar is a huge gated community with a lot of smaller private resorts inside . Can’t really access much without a membership in palmas. We spent most of our time during our stay in Fajardo and Old San Juan Doing excursions, shopping and eating . The house was a nice budget friendly stay compared to most resorts when you have a couple of families wanting to stay together.

We stayed at Paradise Haven in Palmas del Mar Resort two years ago and had such a wonderful experience that we chose to book it again. Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment. When we arrived, the house was noticeably dirty and poorly maintained. I spent nearly five hours cleaning the countertops, cabinets, appliances, and washing dishes that were covered in grease. Some of the appliances contained mold and black grime, which was very concerning. The metal doors throughout the house were extremely loud. Anyone waking up early would inevitably disturb everyone else who was still sleeping. The pool was also dirty, with sand, debris, and even a dead frog in it. Although management stated that the cleaning crew had serviced the pool before our arrival, it was clearly not clean. The lanai roof was covered with mildew or mold, likely because it has not been properly sealed or maintained. To make matters worse, there were no bath towels in the house when we checked in. We contacted management, and they told us they would bring towels the following day. Waiting an entire day for something as basic as towels was not acceptable, so we went to Walmart and purchased our own. To management's credit, they promptly reimbursed us for the towels and later delivered towels and bed linens. Unfortunately, some of the linens also appeared dirty. The home is clearly showing its age, but the bigger issue is the lack of upkeep.

Family vacation

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful and comfortable home. We brought along our grandson who learned how to swim in the great pool. All the amenities in the home are exceptional and clean. Palmas as a whole is great and if desired one need not leave the resort as everything you need is located there. We rode horses at Buena Vista Ranch, visited family on the island and returned each day to this amazing home. Regardless of what we did each day we ended each day lounging by the pool and enjoying the water. Annie was exceptional in helping us rental the property and very accommodating when we had some difficulty in finalizing the deal when needed. Thank you very much Annie for your help and hospitality, we hope to return as soon as we can.

Palmas is beautiful

Upon arrival the communication with the person in chrg of property was late in providing me with the code to get into house. Though it was 15 mins, it was time to upset my little children. The property was clean, everything worked but there was a leak in the living room and master bedroom. The property manager did get back to me right away, it was a holiday. andmbedroom. Fantastic Family Getaway

This house has great space!! Living area and dining area are great for families. Master Bedroom is very spacious. 2 other bedrooms are average size. Beds are very comfortable. Property is well maintained and very clean inside and out. Outdoor space consists of large yard, patio table and chairs, gas grill, and very large pool. Our family of 4 enjoyed this space very much. Annie, the property manager is very responsive and helpful. Kitchen has everything but the groceries! Plenty of bath and beach towels. Having restaurants and the Beach Club within Palmas is very convenient. Do consider this location for your vacation, we highly recommend it!! We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Ramon and Annie for everything!!
