*** IMPORTANT: VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT ***

ALL ADULT guests (18+) are required to review, complete, and sign the Vacation Rental Agreement exactly as provided, with no modifications. The signed agreement must be returned via the VRBO mailbox (look for the + sign on the left side of the message box, which allows you to add attachments directly from your phone or computer), no later than three days before your scheduled check-in date.

Through experience, many guests are busy with last-minute travel preparations and sometimes forget to return the Vacation Rental Agreement. Therefore, please send it as soon as possible so that everything is in place for a smooth and stress-free arrival. Thank you—we sincerely appreciate your cooperation.


*** CLEANING & LINEN SERVICES ***

The Owner is not obligated to provide additional cleaning services or linen changes during the booking term. Should Guests require supplementary cleaning services or linen changes, they may arrange them directly with our property manager. These supplementary services are not included within the booking terms and shall be considered separate from the Owner's obligations. The cost for any additional services shall be the sole responsibility of the Guests and shall be paid directly to the property manager.

Three days before your check-in date, you will receive contact information for our property manager, along with detailed check-in and check-out instructions. The guide includes a reminder of our house rules, safety information, property amenities, and other helpful instructions.
