The Unit:
You are booking apartment #1105 at Hyde Resort & Residences directly with the owners on the beach. Enjoy the experience of a 5 start hotel but in a place that feels like home.
This apartment is located on the south side of the building, the best view available for 2 rooms in Hyde Resort & Residences.
Master suite with king bed, full bathroom and walk-in closet. The second room with two double beds and a full bathroom. The second bathroom has double access from Livingroom / Bedroom allowing privacy in the room (Ideal for children sleeping). Both bedrooms and the livingroom have a balcony overlooking the sea.
Fully equipped kitchen as seen in the pictures, washer, dryer, and dishwasher in the unit.
2 beach chairs, 1 umbrealla and portable cooler in case you want to visit other beaches.
Maximum capacity 6 people (Crib available for babies) / Pets are not allowed.
Access to the 9th floor (Pool, restaurant, gym and spa) either by elevator or by stairs.
Check in 15 PM / Check out 11 AM (If you let me know in advance late check out may be available).
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
INCLUDED SERVICES:
Cable and Internet in apartment and common areas.
Bed sheets and towels (Exclusive use of the apartment).
1 Set of soap, shampoo, conditioner.
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
1 Roll of kitchen paper.
1 Soap for the dishwasher and washing machine (small sample).
1 Dishwasher detergent.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED:
Daily cleaning (Can be requested with additional cost)
Change of sheets (Can be requested with additional cost)
Valet Parking (Mandatory if you go by car).
Resort Fee (Required), gives access to:
- 1 Umbrella + 2 Sunbeds + 4 towels per apartment.
- Gym 24 hours.
- Pool/Jacuzzi on the 9th floor + 4 towels per apartment.

The Resort Fee ($40+tax this is not per person is per unit) and Valet Parking ($35+tax) not included must be paid at check-in (only credit card accepted).
