Walk a few steps to the white-sand beach each morning, and spend your afternoons swimming in the Windmark community pool.

This guesthouse, which shares its property with a main house, is located on a beautiful stretch of coastline within walking distance of the beach. The small city of Port St. Joe is less than six miles south, where you'll find an assortment of beachy restaurants, shops, conveniences, and the Cape San Blas Lighthouse. It's a great area to escape from it all, yet you'll still be within a 40-mile day trip of Panama City Beach.

As new construction, this single-story guesthouse sleeps two comfortably and features every modern comfort. The living space is decorated in a soft, calming palette, with central air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi running throughout.

Enjoy an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, space to dine at both the kitchen island and the adjacent table, and a living room with a smart TV for your evening entertainment. There's also a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels nightly.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
