to view the agreement before booking… please request a copy if needed.

A few reminders for your trip:
- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided
-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay
-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest.
-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs.
-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep
watch on this.

Great stay at home enjoyed! Biting flies at beach and love bugs at pool nothing management could do anything about just made beach trip unpleasant.

This place was great! You have the option between pool and beach. Very clean and great layout for a large family, two living areas so if you have teenagers that want their own space, this place is ideal for you. Will definitely go back again!

Great for family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! This place is so conveniently located to the pool and just a few steps further to the beach! The golf cart was such a nice addition to our stay! The home is very well stocked with everything we needed. This is a great place for two families since it’s has two masters and two kitchens. Highly recommend!

A fantastic week at Beach Blessings

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Beach Blessings last week 7-5 to 7-12. We had a fantastic time, super close to the pool. The golf cart was a huge plus. We took it every night for ice cream, used it to cart our stuff back and forth to the beach and cruise the pathways to watch the sunset. The house had everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. We rent a home for 6 adults and 2 children every summer and this was by far the best equipped home we have ever stayed at. Kam and Kelly were super responsive to any question we had.

Fantastic rental home

Beach Blessings was perfect for our family beach vacation! The house has a great lay out and all the kitchen appliances you could need! Having 2 kitchens and 2 living areas was great for our group of 12! The older kids loved having a seperate hang out area.The proximity to the pool and beach path was a huge plus!

Amazing house for families!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation with family! The management was very responsive and helpful! We loved the location and all the amenities close by, the pools, having a golf cart to use, etc. The house had plenty of space for our family, the kitchen was well stocked, and the house was nicely decorated with beach house decor. We had a couple very small issues and the management company responded right away! We really appreciated that. We would suggest putting an outdoor fan on the patio as it does get very hot out there. We would recommend this place to others!

Total Package

Best Beach House we have ever rented!!! Very spacious with absolutely everything you need. Loaded with plenty of supplies and beach gear. We could have left everything at home because this place has it all and plenty of it! Seriously can’t say enough about how amazing it was. Great location, pool outside the back door and a golf cart!!!!

Wonderful getaway

Cannot express how much we enjoyed this quick getaway! Everything was perfect and we could not stop saying how they thought of everything to make this a great place to stay. The location is perfect and there was plenty of room for everyone. Also, Kam was so helpful when we had trouble with the door code and with some directions. We hope to stay again!

Highly recommend!!

We stayed at this property for a family vacation and it was better than we expected. The only time I needed to contact Kam was for the code to the pool and his response was immediate. The beach was a short walk away and it felt as though we had our own private beach. Everything in the house was well stocked and the place was spotless. We would definitely use this property again.

Clean, hospitable, and spacious

The beach house was very spacious for our family of 9. It is all one story which is wheelchair friendly(which we needed). We had a small issue with the AC, but the host responded very quickly and he was very helpful. I mention the AC issue to brag on the host for his quick response. It was a simple fix. The house was very clean and we had a great time.

Loved the house

We loved the house. They lay out was perfect for two families. It has an in law suite with its own entrance and then the main living. They also had a lot of things to use during the stay. Like an air fryer, griddle, pots and pans, high chair, playpen and stroller. In the garage they also had items we could use. Having the golf cart was awesome. I’m so glad the house came with the golf cart. The pool was right behind our house which made it very easy to access without the golf cart. The other pool was closed which made this one a little bit busier but still enjoyable. The check in is 5:00 eastern time which is kind of late after a long day of driving. But that being said we did not get to check in until around 6:00. The cleaning people just started cleaning when we arrived. There was also a lot of trash from the previous renter and when they came and picked up the trash the person collecting the trash was mad and took half of it. At some point another day they came back and got the rest. Two trash cans would definitely be better. Overall the house was awesome and we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect space and perfect place

Beach Blessings was perfect! Beautiful home with lots of space and lots to do. Everything was exactly as listed. The kids enjoyed riding the bikes. The men explored the golf cart paths. The ladies stepped out the back door to lay by the pool. Many board games and card games were played around the dining table. We grilled kabobs on the charcoal grill. All kitchen items we needed were available. We never went to the beach because we didn’t have time. (Our teenagers were playing baseball.) But we saw the easy access to the beach. Great location between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe so a quick drive to fresh oysters. Thanks for allow us to stay!

BEST Beach Vacation

Brand new house that's totally updated with such cute, modern finishes! We LOVED having two separate spaces. The second living room/kitchen created a bit of a tween hang-out zone. The kids loved making breakfast in "their kitchen" while the adults slept-in undisturbed. The patio furniture is so comfy. I was blown away at all of the kitchen accessories, spices, and tupperware. It made all the difference for our vacation as we had lots of holiday cooking to do. Two ovens helped tremendously as well! Two things to be aware of... If you plan to go to the beach, make sure you have a golf cart. There really isn't a clear walking path by the pool anymore now that there are plantings/pine straw installed. Also, the bedrooms do not have tvs in them. This was totally ok for our family, but might not be for everyone. The tvs in the living rooms are super updated and we easily cast music/movies from our phones to the tvs via airplay. Sometimes I can't even figure out how to work the tv in a rental, but these are very simple. One of the best parts... The beach is absolutely stunning and very quiet. Even during a holiday week, we felt as if we had the beach to ourselves. We loved being able to bring the dogs along. The heated community pool was absolutely perfect. The kids loved it! The property manager is super responsive and so kind and helpful. Do not hesitate to book this fabulous rental property/area. I've been to many rentals over the years and this will be our go-to for sure.

Family get away

This property was by far my favorite house to stay. They had everything we needed at the house. We loved the Mother-in-law suite. It was great to have 2 kitchens and living rooms. Everything was clean and roomy. The pool was right behind the house (across the parking lot), very convenient. Absolutely loved out stay! Thank you.
