This beautiful River West Condo was built in 2020 and was recently completely refurbished! Located in the heart of Silverthorne backed up the the Blue River, you will love the view off of the balcony as well as the complex amenities, including a hot tub, firepit & garage.

Relaxing views on the Blue

Wonderful stay! Property is exceptionally clean, communication was wonderful, and our favorite part was the view. As shown in the pictures, main living/kitchen area opens to the river creating an incredibly relaxing setting.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, check in was easy although we weren’t quite sure exactly which unit as the number is by the door and not very visible. It was quiet and we enjoyed listening to the river from the patio! We would return without hesitation.

Spotless home

We loved the home and the location. Everything was spotless and the property management company was the best I’ve ever worked with. Only downside was no AC and it was unusually warm.

Great place to stay!

The property was as advertised. Property management was very helpful and quick to provide information. The property was spectacular. Exceptionally clean and well stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Plenty of bathroom linens were provided plus beach towels for hot tub usage. View of the river was terrific.

Great stay!

This property was immaculate! It had everything we needed and was in pristine condition. Communication and instructions for our stay were great. Everything was so well organized and easy for us. The location was great for our needs. So many great restaurants and activities close by. The view of the river is beautiful and with so much snow we had an amazing view from this property. We will certainly return.

Really nice and clean property. Two fairly minor complaints: We don't like memory foam mattresses (we know many people do) and hauling heavy bags up a long flight of stairs wasn't the best. But otherwise centrally located and very nice.

Ski Getaway

As advertised. Unless you’re on the top floor, you can sometimes hear those above but we didn’t experience anything too disturbing. Overall we enjoyed the heated garage and property.

Great Place to Launch Your Mountain Adventures

We loved this stay. It has great views of the Blue River and is very quiet. The location is great for us. 20-30 minutes from Keystone, Breck and Copper. Very close to Silverthorne retail shopping an I-70. Target is a 2 minute drive away. The condo was awesome. Second floor with garage access. We liked the size fit eh rooms and all of us lived the beds. Very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved the balcony relaxing with the white noise of the Blue River. The hot tub was also relaxing. Silverthorne is a great base camp. I would highly recommend renting this unit. Recommended restaurants Sauced on the Blue and Eclectic. Activities- rent bikes from Pioneer Sports and ride the rec path to Breck on E bikes. Ride bikes down the bike path from Vail Pass, visit Mt Blue Sky and Tommyknockers Brewery and restaurant in Idaho Springs, Coors Brewery tour or tasting in Golden.

Love the view from the back and just listening to the streaming water flow. The property had a couple issues with the front door and the garage but the property maintenance team was right on top of things. House is stocked with just enough though conveniences in the kitchen. Fireplace and big windows to relax and look outdoors was great! Only wish — if the bedroom had a usable closet. Would definitely return.

Beautiful Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful and extremely comfortable apartment. We just had a disappointing experience. We were visiting for the weekend to take our girls to see the ice sculptures and also go sledding. We arrived Friday evening and was ready to leave Sat morning at 8:30 but unfortunately couldn’t do so. The single stall garage remote somehow disconnected from the motor overnight. There was not a second entrance to this space. Which meant we had no car, no car seats, no stroller, nothing. By the time maintenance was able to open it, it was 1:30pm, which then was nap time (anyone with an 18m will know you don’t skip). So by the time we got to Breck it was 4pm and getting dark and cold. We missed all of our activities. We received a $150 refund but that wasn’t enough in my opinion. We essentially paid $750 to stay in an apartment all weekend versus doing the same in our own home. Overall, just disappointing.
