This cozy, tranquil cottage offers comfort and relaxation. All you need to unwind is yours at this renovated waterfront property. Peaceful, beautiful and meditative.

Relax on the deck and stare at the horizon while cooking your favorite menu on the grill! Play yard games in the huge front yard on the parking side of the cottage.

One pet welcome if approved by host -- pet fee is $35/night.

Two bedrooms sleep four -
Lake-view bedroom has king bed; yard-view bedroom has queen bed.

If you need a pack n' play, I can provide one if requested ahead of time for $40 for stay.

Please note:
If you have children or pets -- from the edge of the lawn there is a 20 ft. drop to the water's edge. Fishing is possible from the staircase, there is a 3ft gap from last step to rocks below. This is typically not a swimming shore, but there are great swimming beaches at Pultneyville and Sodus Bay, about 8-10 minutes in east and west directions from cottage.
NO smoking of any kind indoors please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

Pets are welcome! (max of 2) Pet fee of $30/night per pet will be requested separately a couple of days before your arrival. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.

If at any point you loose the keys to the house or lock them inside please contact Cheryl immediately. We will do everything possible to assist with gaining access, in the event a locksmith has to be called and a $150 fee will be required.
