We had a great time at the A-Frame! We loved the view when we were cozily ensconced inside, where we had everything we needed. We also had a lot of fun enjoying the dock, the various outdoor seating areas, and the beach. We definitely spotted some great birds :-) We’re glad we booked this little end-of-summer trip and we would return!

This was truly one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. My husband and I work 24/7 and finally forced ourselves to take a weekend off to disconnect. As soon as we walked in, we knew we had made the absolute best decision. The view is absolutely breathtaking, even with the rain! The beds were very comfortable and we loved the decor. Had the best time drinking local wine and listening the record collection and listening to the sounds of the waves crashing. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway. We can't wait to book again.

I don't often write reviews but our long weekend in this A-Frame was too amazing not to! Its a beautiful build with a classic cabin feel and incredible mid century detailing that is superiorly maintained. Has memory foam mattresses, ample seating aimed around lake views inside and out, screens and windows to let in the breeze and sound of the water (AC if you really need it). This was the most relaxed experience, basically please take your shoes off at the door, clean up after yourself at the end and have a blast. We loved the home so much that we even changed our plans from going out to spending an entire night around the cliffside firepit (they tented tinder and newspaper in the pit with an abundance of firewood, made it sooo easy).Our first visit to Door County was lovely and this listing was a definite highlight.

Perfect location for Door County excursions

The A frame was a quiet picturesque spot for a getaway. It is conveniently located in Sturgeon Bay and is a short drive to beautiful spots farther north up the peninsula. The view and fudge is outstanding!

Hidden Gem!

Everything about the house was just wonderful! Easy to find, comfortable beds, big kitchen and the sunsets were spectacular! Nice to come back "home" after a long day of hiking and enjoying Door County.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Was the perfect place to stay along Green Bay for our family of 4. Owners are quick to respond and worked quickly with us when we had to adjust our arrival date. Cabin is an easy 10-15 min drive into Sturgeon Bay. Had great sunset views, kayaks that we took into the nearby bay, and all the amenities needed for the stay. Kids asked if we could come back again someday.
