Enjoy your vacation in the heart of Point Judith! Perfect for families or couples, Driftwood Cottage is centrally located and less than 2 miles from 5 public beaches, kayaking/ paddle boarding on the Narrow River, a 3 minute drive (or 10 min bike ride!) to Galilee to catch the Block Island ferry and minutes away from golfing, fishing charters and Fishermans Memorial State Park. 14 mins to URI, 20 mins to Newport, 35 to Providence & surrounded by amazing restaurants for year round enjoyment!


*Full bathroom was fully renovated in August 2024 with a brand new custom tile shower, new tile floors and vanity. The 1/2 bath was also updated with new tile flooring.

**The house was updated in August 2024 with brand new LVP flooring in the entire home.

Lindsay and Teddy were so easy to work with. The cottage was beautiful, we loved the outdoor shower and the screened in porch, we had our coffee out there every morning.

Sweet beach cottage

Overall comfortable place with all the necessities. We loved the outdoor shower and quick bike ride to Scarborough beach (use of Body boards and beach chairs/towels was a huge plus). It was on more of a main road than we thought. A/Cs in bedrooms helped with noise and air circulation.

Cute beach cottage in Narragansett

Our family enjoyed our stay at Driftwood Cottage in Narragansett for a few days in August. The beach cottage was cute, comfortable, and a great location close to the beach. We had good communication with the host and she was quick to answer questions. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower which was very handy after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Would definitely stay again!

Driftwood Cottage was exactly as described in listing. Beds were comfortable and we needed nothing! There is plenty of space in this cozy little cabin for rainy day separation of siblings ha! Scarborough beach was a quick 10 minute easy walk. The outdoor shower is essential for sandy kids. Washer and dryer also a huge plus! Lindsay and Teddy are great hosts. Thank you for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Great central location!

This house was perfect for our stay in Narragansett! Super comfortable for the two of us. Plenty of space for our things, clean & well stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms plus the outdoor shower. Great central location to tennis courts, Point Judith Lighthouse, the beaches, Iggy’s, George’s. All around great house!

Perfect location

This location was perfect! Friends were staying at Fisherman campground which is 1/2 mile down the road. We walked to the beach which took us 10 minutes! The next day we took the ferry to Block Island which was a 10 min drive. If I had any advice for someone coming….smaller cars work best for the driveway but my explorer did fine. We will be back!!

Perfect escape!

Our stay at the Driftwood Cottage was wonderful! The house was perfect for what we needed. My tween and teen each got their own bedroom and everyone was happy! :)The outdoor shower was lovely and everything was clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great location great price!

This house was very close to Galilee and other beaches. It was cozy and clean and had all the amenities including an outdoor shower! Great summer rental!

Great vacation spot!

We had a great time during our visit! The house is located on a main road so very easy access when driving to any of the many nearby points of interest. Scarborough beach is a very easy (with a stroller) 10 minute walk away and is gorgeous. The house itself is well laid out and very comfortable. The kitchen is practical, the living room area has a comfortable sectional, and the sunroom bar space is nice as well. So plenty of space to spread out. Lastly, a new consideration for us is that we have a crawling and cruising baby who specializes at getting into everything. We found the house to be perfect for a mobile baby as everything is on one level and there were no hazards for him to fall over. It was much more relaxing since we could let him explore from a little bit of a distance. The spot was wonderful for our family but we also felt like it would be a great location for 2-3 couples as well for a lovely beach vacation. We will definitely be staying here again!
