We are Natalie and Brett Venable. We bought this home for the purpose of renting it out to help fund our (special needs) son's long-term care. We LOVE the beach and are happy to share our home with others who love it as much as we do! :-)

We love that we can walk across the street and be on the beach in a minute or two, go kayaking on the bay, or just sit on our back deck and enjoy all the variety of wildlife of the nature preserve.

Our home sits at the southern tip of Broadkill Beach. While the entire area is charming, the uniqueness of our location lies in having just two rows of houses. This means that the farthest distance from the water is merely one house away! Additionally, our home boasts a stunning view of the wildlife preserve behind it, making it a favorite spot for birdwatchers and animal enthusiasts. 🏖️🌿🏠
