Lived the location and cleanliness of the house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Plenty is room for families and groups. Great yard for dogs. Both humans and canines enjoyed our stay.

The house is very cozy and feels homey. The bed on the main level really needs a new mattress as you can feel the coils and is lumpy. Other than that we had a great family weekend

Nice place and had a good time. Older home but very livable. Wish it had more items like body wash, shampoo and conditioner and toilet paper for the whole stay included. Would stay here again.

Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. We had a small issue regarding the fence surrounding the property but management was very prompt in their response to the issue.

We appreciated having a dog-friendly space to either spread out or cozy up for our family of five during our stay. Plenty of beds, puzzles and movies, and a well stocked kitchen. The home is also literally 200 ft or less from access to a small beach area near the Alsea Bay, which was beautiful and convenient to pop over to to watch the sunset. We had a great time -- thanks for sharing your home!

Awesome stay! We loved this old house. Plenty of room for everyone and the fenced yard was perfect for the pups. The location was great and made it easy to walk to the beach or to the store. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed! Will be staying again!

Perfect home for a crowd

Although the home is older, it is the quintessential beach home. Loaded with every kitchen need and beautiful views. We had four generations staying here and it was perfect.

Cozy large home for multiple family stay

This was a great home for multiple families to stay in. Lots of room and space, great access to the beach. With as many people as this place can house, it would have been nice to have more bath towels and kitchen towels available. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

For the most part we really enjoyed the house. Extra wood being provided would be nice including smaller kindling and lighter. Also there were ants but they weren't too bad

Great stay overall

Only thing somewhat negative I have to say is that the floors and doors are very creeky (old house), but other than that, the layout was perfect for the group we had staying. Plenty of space, good parking, walking distance to the stores and restaurants, and right across the road from a small beach. 10/10 recommend, will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful Bay View

This 4 bedroom older home suited us perfectly. Very well stocked kitchen, cozy sitting rooms for reading, and a sunlit enclosed porch were pluses. It is situated close to an interesting Visitor Center and across the street from a small sandy beach.

Waldport fun

The house was just as listed. Communication was great. Loved that we could walk everywhere and we lucked out with great weather. Loved seeing the start of spring blooms (it won't be spring where we live for another month or so). I have already recommended this home to others.

Hidden gem

This is a sweet house within walking distance of markets, coffee shops, restaurants and the beautiful beach. It was exactly what we were looking for and so glad it was available for our stay. Everything was exactly as described and pictured, but I forget how cold the coast can get and couldn’t find some heaters…but that is probably user error. Overall definitely 5 stars for this stay.
