¿Alguna vez has soñado con tener una casa al borde de la tierra que casi toque el mar? ¡Esta casa es posiblemente la ubicación más cercana al Océano Pacífico en Cannon Beach! La cocina cuenta con gabinetes de madera cálida, electrodomésticos de alta gama que linda con una atractiva isla con 4 taburetes de cuero, además de una larga mesa de café con bancos acolchados para hasta 8. Encontrará una barra de bar / con un sistema incorporado en mini-nevera frente a una despensa de tamaño considerable. Un pasillo corto conduce a un baño completo dividido con un inodoro cerrado, un lavabo y tocador, y una ducha y bañera con frente de vidrio. Al otro lado del pasillo hay un dormitorio con cama Queen, arte occidental original y una gran ventana orientada al norte. La chimenea ofertas de gas de suelo principal y sala de estar con 3 zonas de descanso. Arriba hay 3 dormitorios, dos con reinas y una con dos juegos de literas (la litera inferior de una es una cama doble). El baño completo con 2 lavabos, ducha y bañera, y WC cerrado. En la planta baja es una gran habitación con una cama adicional y un tercer baño. Una gran cubierta con vistas al océano.

Grandes Vistas: Nuestra casa está justo en el océano. Si habrá sol, tormenta, caliente o frío, te encantará este lugar no importa qué época del año! Además de todas las comodidades de Cannon Beach: restaurantes elegantes e informales, cervecerías locales, tiendas de vinos, galerías de arte, cafeterías, Bruce's Candy Kitchen, ¡incluso una ferretería que sirve cerveza (!) - se puede jugar al tenis o probar sus movimientos truco en el parque de patinaje.

Beautiful, comfortable, well-kept home in a perfect location. We walked, shopped, dined out, read, played games and even went to a play at the Coaster Theater. We had everything we needed and then some.

Annual Thanksgiving Tradition

I believe this was our 7th year celebrating Thanksgiving with our family at the Sip & Surf! Feels like a second home! Beautiful views and quick walks to Haystack with the grandkids! Casey is the perfect host! She makes you feel like family. Cozy fireplace, comfy furniture, adequate kitchen space. Love the bunk room for the kids!

Favorite Annual Trip

We have been returning to this same house for our annual moms and kids’ trip for many years now. Love the updates while at the same time it retains its rustic beach charm. And Casey is always great to deal with. We plan to keep coming back!

A absolutely loved our stay. House was very well equipped to host a large family with lots of kiddos. Especially loved the commercial size w/d that helped keep up with beach towels and clothes. Can’t beat the location (on a quiet street), the views, even the permanent neighbors next door were lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous spot on the beach

Sip n Surf is a wonderful spot right on the beach. The kitchen is stocked, the front yard and picnic table is great for a crowd, the beds are comfortable, and the view from the sitting area is to die for.

A Perfect House and Location

Our family of 9 just spent 5 days 4 nights at this house and it couldn't have been more perfect! It is furnished with just about anything and everything you can think of....and somethings you wouldn't! The main floor bedroom is perfect for people who prefer not to use stairs. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable and bright with amazing views of the beach and Haystack Rock. The basement is set up as a family room and has another bed plus 2 couches and was perfect for the teenage boys to do their own thing. The location couldn't be better! The stairs with beach access are right by the deck with Haystack Rock being 1/4 mile away. The views are absolutely breathtaking, we even saw a pod of orcas swim by one day! There is a market about a mile away or Safeway in Seaside for groceries. Casey was amazing to work with. I had to contact her a couple of times and she was got right back to me and got us taken care of very quickly. We definitely hope to return next year!

Loved this place!

The views at this property are really spectacular- I’ve been coming to Cannon Beach my whole life and this was easily the best time and best views I’ve ever had here! The house has everything you need and probably the stuff you forgot, especially if you like to cook. It’s really clean, stocked with tons of nice towels and extra bedding and multiple hairdryers and beach towels and good games and comfy seats all over- it’s really such a great spot!

Spectacular view, nice home!

Our visit was top notch! Communication with the home manager, location, amenities…we loved everything about the property! Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our family reunion. We had four couples and one single but room for 3-4 more family members who couldn’t make it. Very spacious with three levels and a bathroom on each. We spent time out on the front deck and playing games in four indoor locations. The kitchen was a good size and had all the things our two gourmet cooks needed. We highly recommend this home!

Spectacular Beachfront Home

This home was fantastic for our multigenerational group because it had wonderful backyard space that led straight to the beach. Our family and friends have been staying at Cannon Beach every summer for over 50 years, and this location allowed those 80+ to enjoy the wonderful views from the living room and also make it to Haystack on the beach with some assistance. The seating arrangement in the living room was nice for conversation and views, and the openness of the kitchen was good too. It was well-equipped with all the appliances and supplies for cooking any meal. The bedroom and bathroom layout were great for our group as well. Having 1 bedroom on the 1st floor was super helpful. We hope to stay here again!

Perfect for 4 generations to spend time together, and then there is the location. Right on the beach looking onto Haystack Rock. Best stocked house I have ever rented. Cannot think of a thing that was missing.

We are native Oregonians with 3rd and 4th generation family members enjoying this magnificent home and location. Photos or our home and from our deck have been on television, in newspapers and in magazines across the country. It is truly a magical place with many more memories to build and share.

Location, Location, Location. Just 80 miles west of Portland on the north Oregon coast, our oceanfront home is convenient to all amenities and to all that Cannon Beach has to offer. Watch the storms, enjoy the deck, take a few steps down to the beach to roast marshmallows, take a stroll into town, whatever you wish to do. It's all here for all to enjoy.

The four bedrooms offer spectacular views. The bonus room downstairs has plenty of sleeping area with its own full bath. Surfers frequent our street and take the steps down to the beach for some great wave action. All the amenities are new, including a nice 42 inch HDTV, satellite television and wi-fi.
