Cozy Corner: A Modern Townhome

Welcome to our cozy and charming townhouse in a prime location! This historic home was built in 1915 and has been completely renovated to offer you modern comfort and convenience. You will have the entire house to yourself, with two spacious bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, a full kitchen with a dining area, and a living room with a smart TV and free streaming services. You can also enjoy free Wifi, a washer and dryer, and a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffee and tea options.

We are slowly updating the exterior to match the great interior. Please bear with us.

Great little place for the price

It was a very nicely remodeled building on the inside. Unfortunately not the best neighborhood but still near to downtown.

Great place!

Great communication and excellent property! The entire inside is renovated and the towels and linens felt high quality. Neighbors were friendly too! We loved our stay and will keep this place in mind for the next time we visit family in Columbus.

Gorgeous house in upcoming neighborhood

The owner was very attentive with and questions.The house was super clean and has everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again. We felt safe during our stay. We were visiting family and it was only a half mile from their home..

Great little spot

Cozy Corner was a great choice when my wife and I found that we needed to unexpectedly spend a few days in Columbus. It was more than spacious enough for the two of us, very clean, and with a lot of small, considerate touches to make our stay more pleasant. Walking distance to German Village, and a quick drive to downtown and Short North. Great communication with the property owner, too.

We take pride in providing a clean and comfortable place for our guests to stay, hence the name Cozy Corner. Andrew and his wife were great guests! They left our place tidy and even replaced the k-cups they used. We would host them again and recommend them to other hosts.

Great Property!

The property itself is absolutely lovely! The host is welcoming, very communicative, and ensured we had absolutely everything we needed! The home is pristinely clean and is very well maintained! The host is attentive to every detail. We enjoyed our stay and the kids with us had fun! The property does lack “kid” items like plastic cups/plates but not a big deal at all to us! We just bought or brought our own. :) The neighborhood is a bit run down and parking is only on the street, but neighbors were friendly and the property was super clean! It was an excellent stay and we’d do it again!

Weekend in Columbus

We decided to go to Columbus for the weekend of our 40th anniversary. There were a number of different places we were excited to visit. This townhouse was centrally located in the southeast part of Columbus. The home was beautifully decorated, appearing to be done by a professional. It was the cleanest VRBO that we have ever stayed in. It looked and felt like we were the first people to stay there It was so clean and neat. The appliances were brand new, as were the furnishings and decorations. A lot of attention to detail was put in, with the focus being the comfort of the guests. Examples would be the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner dispensers in the shower and the bedroom lamps that turned on by touch. There are other homes being renovated but we didn’t hear any noise during our visit. We met the next door neighbors and they were very friendly and welcoming to us. The neighborhood is going through a revitalization as there were a number of homes being remodeled. The house comes with a ring doorbell for security. Communication with the host was excellent, and we were gifted a bottle of wine to help us celebrate our anniversary. Regarding the area attractions we visited German Village, Easton Mall, and the Franklin Park Conservatory. This was a great weekend and a great home to stay at. We would definitely stay here again. Many thanks to our gracious host!
