Brand New Beach Condo 2BD 1BA w/Parking

Our 440 sq. ft. condo is newly renovated with a new kitchen, bathroom, shower, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and all-new furniture.

Steps from the beach, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions.

We own five (5) other condos in the building if you need more space for family or friends.

Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available.

Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

440 sq feet, two (2) bedroom, one (1) full bath

Prime location, 3 minute walk to the beach!

Living Room: open concept living room with Smart tv and hi-speed wifi and all new furniture.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with Convection Microwave/Oven and Stove Top (no oven), with Island/dining table for four (4) people, Kuerig coffee maker provided (some KCups provided).

Bedrooms: Two small bedrooms, one queen bed in each bedroom (with closets), sleeps 4 comfortably. We provide bed linens.

Bathroom: standup shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is small, but it is brand new. We provide 4 sets of bath towels, and we provide sufficient body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Enjoy your own outdoor space with a table, chairs and relaxing bench to unwind after a long day at the beach including a condo community yard.

Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available.

You have the entire place to yourself!!!

Quiet Hours after 10 pm are strictly enforced.

We respond very quickly in the VRBO app and we have an on-call supervisor if anything is needed.

You will have your own parking spot directly in front of the condo.

We have a professional cleaning service to clean and disinfect the apartment before each stay.

The owners did an excellent job of updating and utilizing the space they had to work with to make the unit very comfortable and easy to move around and and have all the things we needed to for our short stay. The location to the beach was great and parking worked out great also.

Would absolutely stay here again. Place was exactly as described in the listing. For myself and my two kids (11 y/o and 7 y/o), size of the place was just right. Proximity to beach is a game changer. And since it’s a bit north of the main boardwalk “action,” pretty quiet. Just perfect with how close it is to everything and can’t beat your own designated parking spot!

Short Trip to the Beach

Tiny and cozy, but clean and perfect for a family of four. My girls had a friend come who brought a single blowup bed that fit perfectly in the living room too but it made a little more crowded and if you’re here for the beach it’s close and the place to be

The property was VERY clean and NICE. Everything was brand new in the condo. It was the perfect space for me and my sister. Very close to the beach. Karl & Alyssa were great!! We will be coming back to stay here next year! :)

Small Condo in a great location

The place is quite small but had 2 usable bedrooms, a kitchen, and was recently remodeled and clean. It was a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and a few nearby restaurants, which made it great not having to deal with traffic. Two beach badges were provided. There was a little bit of noise and people walking back and forth to other units, but tolerable. Overall a good stay and I would go back.

Great place, very clean, great location. Will work for most people.I did ask if the place was accessible to someone with a walker. And was told it was and that there was one step up into the place. There's actually one step up on to sidewalk and one step up into the place. An easy mistake. But it is not exactly accesible. My mother is just 5 foot and overweight but not in any way obese. But her regular-sized walker did not fit through bathroom or bedroom door. Anyone traveling with someone with a walker should be aware that the walker will not go through bathroom or bedroom doors except sideways. Also, be sure to look at pictures of the bathroom.

Mary, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your mother had difficulty getting into and moving around the condo. While we note just one step, we understand that even small changes in elevation can make a difference depending on mobility needs, and the inch or two lift from the blacktop parking lot to the cement patio could be a challenge for some. We’ve had other guests with wheelchairs stay comfortably, but we also recognize that every situation is unique. We try to make it as clear as possible but the condo is small in size, but as you know, we try to make the small size as comfortable as possible. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to host your family, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused during your stay.

This is a super cute little unit. Great location

I love the north end of Pt Pleasant. The beach is more chill and less crowded yet it is a reasonable walk to get to all the boardwalk action. The bedrooms are a tad tight but I can deal with that for the location. Unit is really brand new and the kitchen is reasonable enough to do breakfasts in. You can sit outside the unit and sip a beer or cocktail as they have table and bench outside the unit. Bath is small but workable. (They need a shade in the bathroom). And the front BR door needs to be planed so that it can close.

Small and Not Well Equipped

Pros: Great location. A block to the beach and just the right distance from the "action" so as to be quieter. Nice TV. Clean. Great coffee place called The Batch about a block away, which became necessary given the state of the coffee machine. Cons: Very tiny. For two people this is a reasonable space. For any more than that, it is way too tight, particularly the bathroom. The beds are soft and uncomfortable. If you aren't intending to cook, you won't care about the rest of this: The kitchen is not well equipped - not even a toaster. The "coffee maker," is a Keurig and it would be great if the owner specified this up front as they require Keurig PODS. We bought coffee, assuming it was a drip machine and this turned out to be worthless. There wasn't a colander nor a mixing bowl. I raised this with the owner and he was incredibly slow to respond, simply telling me to check the cabinets which I had obviously already done and said as much in my first message to him. I ended up buying what we needed to make meals. The oven is really a microwave/convection combo which required me to to locate directions on the web in order to figure out how to use it as an oven. Needless to say, won't be back.

Rich, Your recent review caught us by surprise, especially since this condo was completely renovated in 2023, and you were one of the first guests to stay after the renovation. In fact, you previously gave us a 5-star review: July 9th, 2023 5 Stars - "This is a super cute little unit. Great location." Given our many 5-star reviews, it's surprising that your latest feedback is not consistent with your previous experience, particularly since nothing has changed except for some added kitchen amenities. We clearly state in the listing that the unit is small, which you were aware of from your previous stay. Most guests choose this condo for its proximity to the beach, not for spending time indoors. Regarding the beds, we understand that preferences vary. The kitchen is well-equipped as described, and we clearly mention the Keurig in the listing, which you were familiar with from your last visit. We addressed your concern about the mixing bowls, and they have since been replaced. The convection oven/microwave is standard, and we also clearly indicate that there is a stovetop but no traditional oven. Most guests prefer to enjoy the local restaurants, but those who do cook have found the kitchen more than adequate. As a returning guest, we made an exception to allow your dog, even though we don't typically allow pets. We were glad to accommodate this request, and we hope it added to your stay. We hope you find a place in the future that better suits your needs.
