Cozy Beach Getaway 2BR 1BA with Parking!

Our 440 sq. ft. cozy condo is open concept with a renovated bathroom, shower, smart TV, high-speed WiFi, and all-new furniture.

Literally steps from the beach, Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, aquarium, restaurants, and family attractions.

We own five (5) other condos in the building if you need more space for family or friends.

Includes one (1) parking spot; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available.

Two adult beach badges are provided; additional passes can be purchased at the beach.

440 sq feet, two (2) bedroom, one (1) full bath

Prime location, 3 minute walk to the beach!

Living Room: open concept living room with Smart tv and hi-speed wifi and all new furniture.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with Oven and Stove, with dining table for four (4) people, Kuerig coffee maker provided (some KCups provided).

Bedrooms: Two small bedrooms, one queen bed in each bedroom (with closets), sleeps 4 comfortably. We provide bed linens.

Bathroom: standup shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is small, but it is brand new. We provide 4 sets of bath towels, and we provide sufficient body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Enjoy your own outdoor space with a table, chairs and relaxing bench to unwind after a long day at the beach including a condo community yard.

Includes one (1) parking spot directly outside your door; an extra spot may be rented for $50/night if available.

We also provide two (2) beach badges good for two (2) adults, additional badges can be purchased at the beach.

You have the entire place to yourself!

NO PARTIES ALLOWED

Quiet Hours after 10 pm are strictly enforced.

We respond very quickly in the VRBO app and we have an on-call supervisor if anything is needed.

Centrally Located and 3 minute walk to beach!

You will have your own parking spot directly in front of the condo.

We have a professional cleaning service to clean and disinfect the apartment before each stay.

Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out requests are not guaranteed. We will accomodate as much as we can depending on other guests checking in/out.

We provide 4 sets of bath towels, and we provide sufficient body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Perfect spot

This place was the perfect spot for a little getaway or a week long escape to the beach. The location was perfect, the place was very clean and updates, communication and check in was very easy. Will definitely love to stay here again.

Pt Pleasant beach

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It’s clean and modern and the location is very convenient to the boardwalk and shore. And there are several nice restaurants within an easy walk.

Karl was such a supportive and responsive host. We had a lot of questions and had never been to the area, but we were comfortable and always got the response we needed. The condo is clean, welcoming, and super well situated. It is a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, even with kids, and not even 5 minutes to the beach. Just the best.

Best Fathers Day Weekend Ever!

If you have kids and are looking for a clean, affordable and convenient place to stay, this is your place. Super close to the beach and boardwalk with games and rides but not too loud at night. We are absolutely coming back!

The unit was extremely clean, stocked with garbage bags, soap, towels, etc! The tv worked perfectly, and the AC was amazing. Host was super kind, responsive, and helpful. Shower pressure and temperate was great. Thank you, we had a great trip :)

Perfect beach getaway!

My family and I stayed at Karl & Alyssa's beach bungalow for a long weekend in March. The location is amazing! Across the street from the beach and the boardwalk. Could not ask for a better location. It was great being down at the shore during the "offseason" as we had the beach to ourselves for our daily walks. The apartment was the perfect size for the 3 of us. Great being able to walk to all the restaurants on the water as well. Would love to rent for all our future trips down to the shore!

The property was very nice. It was clean and close to everything. The only negative was the sink in the bathroom was too small and we didn’t have two parking spaces like the other tenants. We had to pay for parking for my daughter’s car. The restaurants were very good and I enjoyed the walking every day! Thank you

For your reference, while there are other parking spots, most of them are rented out to other people, not the tenants, but we make sure to keep one for our guests since we know how difficult it is to find parking. I coyld not find my reservation in my email. I called VRBO, They were super helpful. Karl called & texted me & we got it all figured out. I couldnt figure out the AC units, texted katl & he ibstantly texted back. Just a great place with a great host!!

Great Location - Fantastic Owners

This place was exactly as described. Great place for a late summer visit to the Jersey Shore for walks on the boardwalk and beach and sunning on the sand. When we ran into issues with some loud and over-served neighbors, the owners reacted immediately, and did more than required to satisfy our concerns. The Unit is a five star property. The way the owners dealt with us to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied was 5 Star+++

Great apartment and very clean.

This was a last minute trip and we were fortunate to have found this place. Very clean close to beach and owner ,Karl , was very nice! What I loved about the whole experience is that my daughter is in a motorized wheelchair and she was very happy. There a group that lends out beach wheelchairs. They dropped it off and picked up at check out. Def recommend not only this beach but this property.
