Thank you Megan for staying with us at Bay Harbor 303. Even though we had 2 back to back hurricanes, Bay Harbor 303 was not damaged in the storm. We are ready to welcome guests back now. The Condo is still great! Please come back again. We would love to host your next beach vacation.

The views of Clearwater Harbor from the balcony are amazing. You can sit and watch the dolphins play right there. The beach is only a short walk away and the condo has everything you need for a day of fun in the sun. There are awesome restaurants within walking distance...too many to choose. Family Vacation

Loved our stay, it’s a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, could use updated pans. Overall Nice place, clean, would recommend to anyone!

Great Location

This condo was everything we wanted and more. Beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The large balcony was a great place to start and end each day. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Comfortable and enjoyable

We came in and stayed for 8 days/7 nights. This unit was perfect for us. Perfect location to walk wherever you needed to go. Communication with the property owner was easy and eberything was handled professionally. Would stay here again without a doubt!

We thought this home was wonderful!!!The only suggestion we might make is that the Master Bedroom shower head probably needs to be replaced so guests get the full power of the shower head. It still worked, but some water drips from behind the shower head vs. being streamed out of the actual shower head.Thanks again - we'd certainly stay here again!!!

Nice getaway

We really enjoyed the condo, location, patio, etc.. The ceiling fan in the master doesnt work so we were pretty hot at night and the clothes dryer took 2-3 times to get clothes dry and the kitchen pans need updating. We enjoyed the secure building, and the spacious condo.

Nice condo and good location. However, property owner locked AC to stay 72 or above which was fine for common are where thermostat located. However, when bedroom doors are closed

Tremendous value

Beautiful property, nicely located. Everything you need for a beach getaway. A couple of the initial instructions for garage codes and wi-fi passwords were missing from the check-in instructions. I'm sure they corrected that already. No other issues at all.

Beautiful property

This condo was exactly as pictured and so convenient to surround restaurants and the beach. We saw dolphins in the bay from our balcony multiple mornings. The kitchen was well equipped and everything felt/was very clean. We would stay here again. My only caveat would be for those who get hot at night. We were not allowed to adjust the thermostat below 72, so later afternoon into early evening was a little warm for us. We adjusted using the box fans found in the closet and making sure all the ceiling fans were on but being able to adjust to 70 degrees would have been nice.

Nice Condo with good location

Nice Location Beautiful Condo Cleanliness was ok - a lot of the dishes / utensils had to be rewashed we had a little issue opening the door upon arrival - I sent a message but never got a response back. Luckily a very sweet neighbor helped us out. Overall a nice experience - just a little disappointed with the communication

Our office does close at 5pm, which is why you probably never heard back when you messaged in, but we do have an emergency line open after hours for situations like this. Clearwater Beach

A little disappointed there was no barbecue. We stayed for 2 weeks and had to prepare meals on the stove. When we arrived the screen was off the patio doors. We reached out to the property management company but it was never repaired during our stay. We need to have the patio door open as it was cool and we needed the fresh air. Needless to say we had a few small fruit fly type bugs. The area is close to the beach and restaurants.
