Historical home in the heart of downtown Salida. Located at the base of S mountain. Our home is located minutes away from the Arkansas river and Downtown district. 25 minute drive to Monarch ski area. Our home includes 2 King beds. Bathroom with a tub and shower. All new top of the line appliances. 4 person hot tub to soak up the amazing views of beautiful Salida. Roku TV. Backyard setting area with BBQ grill. Propane included.

Darling little house - it was immaculately clean and very well-appointed. We loved the hot tub, too! Location is also great - just a couple blocks to loads of fun galleries, restaurants, and shops. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect

Perfect location for an easy walk to the river, places to eat, and shopping. Yet, far enough that it was peaceful and quiet. Great for watching fireworks on the 4th. I got in the hot tub every night to relax.

Perfect location

I was bringing my parents along this trip to visit family who live super close to downtown. My parents are both in their 80's and we needed a place to stay within walking distance. This was perfect for us. This was only a block from my family's house and only 2 blocks from downtown.Bonus for me was that each bedroom is in a different half of the house and there were two thermostats. So when my parents invariably got too cold, they didn't have to roast me out and I could still sleep comfortably at night. They were sleeping in 70-75 degrees and my bedroom was at 60-65. PERFECT! Next time I visit Salida, this is my first choice.

Great house and location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice with modern finishes and appliances. We were delighted to find how comfortable the beds were! The master bedroom even had an adjustable bed with a heated blanket! The house is in a nice area within walking distance to downtown. The hot tub was great after skying during the day. Overall, loved the house and would recommend!

Great Location!

Amazing location! Short walk to Downtown, grocery store and liquor store. House is clean and has nice amenities. Was great to ski all day and then relax in the hot tub. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Cozy, walking distance to downtown

The house was great. Hot tub is nice after a long day recreating. The short walk to the river and downtown means you don’t need to drive anywhere.

Easy Access to Town

We had an excellent stay! House was well-appointed with everything we needed, to include coffee! Location was a short walk to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again! Also a big thank you to the property manager, she answered all my questions promptly and was very easy and nuce to work with.

Salida Getaway

My wife and I loved staying at the Riverside R & R. The location was great for walking all over town and keeping a relaxed schedule. The hottub was a wonderful added bonus after trail runs and hiking ventures! We would definitely choose to stay here again, given the opportunity.

Clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed this rental. It was clean, well stocked, and had nice ammenities. Air conditioning was not listed as an ammenity; however, there was a nice floor unit in the living area that kept the house comfortable

Best spot in Salida!

Couldn’t havev had a better experience for girls weekend 40th birthday- we skied at Monarch, watched movies, enjoyed the hot tub, and the short walk to great shops & restaurants in Salida was perfect! Easy check in & check out, hosts were available, but we had no need to contact them as everything was great!

Lovely Home Very Close to Everything

This home was great for our group! Loved having a hot tub and grill to use on-site. House is very comfortable and clean. Location can’t be beat! We were able to walk and bike everywhere around town! Will definitely love to stay here again.
