Private Home with Heated Pool. Steps to beach.

Anna Maria Chateau is a well appointed coastal home located just a quick walk from the beach/Bean Point. Walk to the local I Rod n Reel pier or the local restaurants and shops. The heated pool is gorgeous and lined with large palm trees to provide privacy. Plenty of outdoor ok entertainment: ping pong, foosball, outdoor bar and seating with a large screen TV. Beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, beach towels and cooler provided.

Anna Maria Chateau has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living area provides plenty of Florida sunshine as there are 3 sliding doors going out to the covered lanai overlooking the pool. The living room has a linen sectional and 2 armchairs, great for watching sports or a movie.
The primary bedroom has a king bed with plenty of closet space. There is an ensuite bathroom with the primary bedroom . The second bedroom has a king bed, large closet and private balcony. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The main bathroom has a double vanity sink, laundry and a bathtub/shower.

This home does not allow pets.
There is a noise ordinance and quiet hours must be observed between 10pm-7am. This ordinance is enforced by local law enforcement. Please consider purchasing travel insurance during hurricane season.

We really loved this home! It was beautiful, and clean. The location was perfect on the island. And the walk to the beach was just a few blocks. The sunsets are beautiful at Bean Point! Overall, a wonderful stay. We did have an issue with the pool. We were looking forward to plenty of time sitting in the pool to relax, it was one of the reasons we chose this rental. Upon our first attempt to get in the pool, it was freezing. We checked with the owner and felt like she didn’t believe that it wasn’t heated. She said she’d send her pool person to check it the next day. We were out until late afternoon the next day but when we checked it that late afternoon, it was still cold. The next day around the same time, we checked again and it was slightly warmer so we swam for a while, but this was our last day and we were very bummed that we’d missed a few days of being able to use it. Like I said, overall everything was great with the house, we just felt disappointed that the pool wasn’t warm until the last day, and we felt like the owner didn’t believe our problem.

Great experience, great vacation!

The home was a great place to stay with our children for an unforgettable spring break vacation. We had 5 teenagers and a 5 year old with us and it was perfect. The older kids loved the foosball and ping pong. All of the beach accessories were a great addition as well. They loved the boogie boards and shovels for beach fun. The location is perfect with everything within walking distance. Grocery delivery from Walmart was so nice and the kitchen is very well stocked with all the things you need to make a great meal. We grilled several nights. The beds are comfy and there are plenty of towels and amenities. The pool is well maintained and was perfect. I like that there are alarms on pool door for added safety of little ones if needed. Amy is a great host and quick to respond if needed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting a homey feel to vacation on the beach.

7 adults and 2 toddlers stayed at this roomy home. It was well equipped (better than I had imagined). We had room for family fun and activities. I highly recommend this lovely home!!

Great Spot in AMI

House met our needs perfectly. Stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids (4yo). Inside living space is all on the 2nd floor which provides safety when you have young kids and the pool out back (which was amazing). Host was very responsive, though we did not need her for anything!

We absolutely loved our stay at Amy's home! It was immaculately clean, was completely stocked to live comfortably throughout our stay, perfectly located to the beach / restaurants, cafes, shops, etc. and Amy was super easy to communicate with throughout. Can't wait to hopefully come back soon!

Perfect Getaway

Our group had a wonderful time! The house itself was perfect, plenty of space for adults and children to enjoy. We rented bikes and rode across the island, spent time in the large pool and watched movies in the large living space at night. Amy was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We wished the weather was a bit warmer but it was a great vacation spent with friends and family in a wonderful house in AMI!
