Spacious, comfortable, and steps from the beach.

My family and I spent three nights here and it was wonderful. We had everything we needed during our stay. They even had beach toys available for the kids. Everything was perfect and I'd definitely stay again. 10/10

Great place to vacation!!

VRBO and Franke Realty made the whole process amazingly easy!! Contact with the property manager was awesome and easy!! That property was even more amazing!! Everything was clean and we had more than enough space for me and my family!! Plus is was a short walk, 1 block, to the beach!! Will definitely be looking at staying here again in the future!

very disappointed that the dishwasher did not work ,the pool gate door was not secure, the dryer vent was not venting out properly and garbage disposal did not work.

Great stay and location

This condo was amazing! The pictures provided on the website match how it looked. It was clean and a great location from the beach. The beach access was less than a minute walk. Which was great for when my kids (ages 6 and 15 months) were tired of the beach. The pool area was a little small, but clean and wonderful. It also has a little shower head to rinse off the sand from the beach. Which came in handy when we were ready to head back in. The only thing I would say about the pool is that I wish there was an area to lay out in the sun, but other than that great little pool area. The patio area was great! There were some things that just need a little fixing like the dresser, and the door to the patio (double beds room). Overall, this is a great condo! It was perfect for our trip. I would defiantly recommend this condo to anyone of my friends and stay again!

Jerry and Sherri's stay

This was a nice property at South Padre. It's located across the street from the shore and near a beach access location. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped for cooking in-house. The beds are comfortable. It has a nice porch that faces the street. The pool seems to be heated, but we didn't get the chance to enjoy it. We thought there was supposed to be a hot tub, but there is not. The disposal in the kitchen sink is broken, so that side backs up with water. It should be repaired or removed. The bedroom with the king bed has no reading lights by the bed, but there doesn't seem to be any outlets on that wall to power them.

Gulf Coast Condo

Condo unit was nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and a great picnic-like kitchen table. The corner balcony was a great place to sit in morning sun and looked down on the small, heated pool. We had some issues with the dryer, but the manager responded quickly fixed the problem. The kitchen is reasonably equipped for cooking in-house, but the frying pans need to be replaced as most of the teflon was scratched off. Nice arrangement of dishes and glassware, but the knives have been well used and also need to be replaced. Cleaning supplies were at a minimum. We finally found a broom and dust pan in the hot water heater closet (kitchen), but no buckets or mops to clean up spills. This condo had all essentials and decent amenities and even had two beach chairs, which was a nice surprise. The unit is spacious and the decor awesome, however, the carpets were very dirty and the living room furniture has an odor and needs to be cleaned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
