Summary:

Upstairs, 2 bedroom, coastal cottage! Just steps to all of the natural beauty and excitement of renowned La Jolla Village and a short walk to Marine Street Beach and a few more extra steps to arguably one of the most famous beaches in San Diego, Windansea Beach! Pets allowed case by case basis.Please provide age, breed an size prior to booking. Pet fee will be applied.



The Space:

Take the stairs up to your special beach retreat with large balcony to take in the peek ocean views amongst the lush landscaping! The interior features a beach chic atmosphere with an open living/dining space complete with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and ambient fireplace. The living area seamlessly connects to the bright kitchen with stainless appliances - effortless cooking and gathering! There are three sleeping arrangements for your convenience (2 bedrooms + living room sleeper sofa). The first bedroom has 2 queen beds with sunny windows and flat screen TV, plus en-suite bathroom with combo tub/shower, walk-in closet and washer/dryer. The second bedroom includes 2 twin beds with flat screen TV. Lastly, the third sleeping space is the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bath has a shower/tub combination as well. Most notably, you will be living the ultimate California lifestyle on the outdoor balcony space which boasts a lovely dining table for 6, BBQ, plus additional, spacious seating area to unwind and take in the ocean breeze and colorful sunsets.

- This 2 bedroom unit can be rented separately or as part of a compound. The entire property encompassing all three units may be rented as a compound accommodating up to 22 guests. As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

Thanksgiving family gathering

The accommodations were perfect for 6 adults. The place was clean and attractive and in a perfect location to walk to restaurants and shops in La Jolla village. We highly recommend it.

The property we stayed at was different than the one in the picture. There were some issues with the original house but Nxt Mgt made sure we got another property of the same caliber. Overall, 337 Rosemont ST was a nice place but will be better if tehre was an air conditioner in the bedrooms as they tend to get hot. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for girls trip

We loved the location and walkability! Neighborhood felt safe and we liked walking to the beach and to the Taco Stand. Layout of the place was a little funky but we ended up sharing the room with two queens and it worked fine. Be aware that kitchen doesn't come equipped with any spices other than salt & pepper--- probably not an issue for people who want to eat out the whole time, but we like to cook so that felt limiting. We LOVED sitting out & enjoying coffee on the veranda in the morning Communication with property manager was great-- when there was a small issue with the dishwasher they came right away, fixed it, and even brought treats. :)We would stay here again!
