Nuestra costumbre construido 3500 sq. Ft ofrece todos los lujos que se puede esperar en un alojamiento de 5 estrellas. Usted será superar con el ajuste pacífico y tranquilo adosado a su canal privado.
La villa cuenta con todo el mobiliario nuevo decorador, concepto abierto con techos altos, cocina gourmet, comedor formal, sala de estar, sala de estar con pantalla plana de 52 'wifi', reproductor de dvd.
El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama con dosel de matrimonio con puertas francesas a la terraza, y walk in closet, 47 '' TV de pantalla plana con wifi, disfrutar de su baño grande con bañera de inmersión, una cabina de ducha y su y su fregadero.
Las 3 habitaciones de huéspedes todos tienen camas de matrimonio y walk in closets, 2 tienen televisores de pantalla plana, 2 dormitorios comparten un baño cada uno con su propia entrada de los dormitorios, mientras que el otro tiene una cabina de ducha. El estudio tiene una cama de día, doble / doble litera y una impresora / fax.
Usted caerá en amor con las villas lanai con su área cubierta grande con zona de estar de mimbre al aire libre con una mesa calentador de gas, mesa de comedor, tumbonas, 45 'piscina climatizada con cascada eléctrica, swim up mesa de bar y jacuzzi. This house was amazing!! Had all of the amenities of home with the luxuries of being on vacation. Accommodated our family of 10 admirably. 4 adults and 6 kids. We had a fantastic spring break here and will definitely consider coming back again.

Relaxation at its finest

Wonderful property enjoyed by all in the tastefully decorated villa. Everything you need is available and all systems function perfectly. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in Cape Coral over many years. We hope to return.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. We enjoyed fishing in the canal and seeing all the wildlife that came to visit each day. The pool was wonderful! Would definitely come back.

Great family getaway

The house was agreat fit for our family of 10 for the seven days stay. We had plenty of kitchen space and utensils for preparing and serving meals, but do recommend bringing your chief's knives for serious cooks.The kids enjoyed the pool and clearing the bugs out after rainy nights.The view for turtle and fish watching is great. Would recommend for family vacation. We did have to clean the patiodinning set of thick dust and spiderweb beforeusing.

Amazing vacation

I stayed at this property with my husband, daughters, nephews, sister, brother, sister-in-law and brother-in-law. The property was beautiful and well kept. There was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor pool and spa was used every day, and the outdoor seating area was very welcoming and well used. The kitchen was well stocked, and every detail was taken care of. We absolutely loved this property and would definitely stay again.

Everything we needed

As a party of two families with young kids we found this beautiful villa to have everything we needed for a relaxing and fun vacation. We really enjoyed the outdoor furniture and eating areas to make the most of our time in the warm Florida weather. As a bonus, the kids enjoyed watching the turtles and fish at the dock every day. Our host was very responsive which was also appreciated.

Memories made mission accomplished! Home is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood. The only reason I put 4 stars for cleanliness is because the lanai area is cleaned by the occupying tenants before they leave. Loved the canal with gators and lots of turtles! Very special comfortable home!!

Thank you for your review Hilary, all we ask is that the guests clean up any cigarette butts if you smoke and put pool toys away and move any furniture back to where it was when you arrived.

House was very very nice. Our stay was winter. My only concerns would be that the hot tub did not heat a few days. The pool was cool…to cold. Too cool for me to swim in it (but…I’m not much of a swimmer anyway), however on sunny days my grands did…so that made us happy. The last day I spoke with Peter and checked the pool heater which was not on. I don’t know if it was working that week. I should’ve checked it earlier…but, I did not. The water behind the house was extremely clear. Beautiful setting.The house itself was amazing. The landscaping was beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet. There are currently empty lots on either side of the house which was nice for the grands to explore and be able to go outside and run off some energy. Word to the wise…do not go to Cass Cay for anything. It is a poorly run restaurant with very aggressive employees. (That obviously has nothing to do with the Vrbo…but is a reflection on the area).Overall…a very nice stay. Would definitely return!!

Home was beautiful! Plenty of room. Everyone in the family loved it. The pool & hot tub was a highlight for grandkids &!our adult kids. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock , seeing turtles, a snake iguanas & lizards. I would add in description you need to supply your own: toilet paper, dishwasher soap & laundry soap. Otherwise it was fantastic! 5 stars ⭐️

Luxurious Villa Comforts of Home

A beautiful well maintained, clean luxurious villa, fully stocked to accommodate our group of five, with plenty of room for more. Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and fresh newer linens. ( I don’t like raggedy old linens so these were perfect for me). Plenty of towels for showers and pool times. I’m giving five stars for everything about this experience, except the location, only because our group found the area too far for shopping and access to a walking trail. Peter was a fantastic host, we didn’t have any issues, but any questions we had were answered promptly. Thank you.

Wonderful anniversary get away!

Had a awesome time at this house! The pool is all that you need ! Had alittle confusion on the filter and spa functions but messaged and questioned were answered! This house is set up perfect for a big group, we had 8 people and had plenty of space for all of us and we never felt in top of each other. Loved talking to the turtles, alittle sad we never saw the alligator lol Over all great property !

Gorgeous house- Wish it was closer to everything

I rented this house for my family who all live in different states and don’t get to see each other often. The house itself was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The kitchen included all of the appliances and bakeware to make eating in for breakfast, lunch, and dinner easy. The pool was perfect for the kids. The water behind the house wasn’t ideal for fishing like we hoped, but was still fun to see the turtles everyday. We even had an alligator visit us most days. The only downside to the entire stay was how far the house was from the beaches and fishable waterways. I blame this completely on myself and my poor sense of geography. We spent an hour each way almost every day driving to Sanibel, Fort Myers or Naples. Again this was not a reflection of the hosts at all. A plus side, locals said the area is very safe because it is a little farther away. Overall, we had a great time.

Beautiful property

This home was gorgeous! The owner was hard to communicate with but we didn't let that stop us from enjoying our time! We loved seeing the gator and turtles in the canal and swimming in the amazing pool.

Great House

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was perfect for our needs, they had all the amenities to make us comfortable. Definitely utilize the second refrigerator. It is a hike to any beach, but we only went one day. We loved the pool and the canal was so much fun to watch the wildlife… Including the alligator and turtles. It took us a minute to get the hot tub and pool temperature coordinated correctly, but once we did all was good. We plan on being back someday..

Peaceful Reprieve

We enjoyed our stay at the villa! Swimming, hot tub, fishing, and daily trips visiting the islands and Everglades! We had a little visitor(alligator) waiting down in the canal every day to greet us. That, was the kids highlight, amongst the many turtles that acquired names while we were there! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

Dream vacation

This was truly a 5 star villa! Lots of room for our family, beautifully decorated, unbelievable pool/hot tub and plenty of sitting in the pool area to enjoy the sunrises. Have never stayed at a better rental! Would love to return but it's already booked for our vacation slot next year! Thank you Peter!

Great Vacation Home that Exceed Our Expectations

This vacation home is spacious, very comfortable and the owners have thought of everything you could need or want. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and canoe, the whole family enjoyed the large screened pool and spa, we spent most of our time enjoying the large patio. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable for cooking family meals, plus there are numerous areas to enjoy your meals together. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and again the owners made sure it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There is nothing negative that I or the family said about this vacation home. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for this size home in the area.

Family Vacation

The house is lovely, as pictured. There is lots of room and a fine kitchen, enclosed pool, grill and fire table. There were plenty of beds and bathroom facilities for 6 adults and 6 children age 18 months to 13 years. Unfortunately, the pool was "green" when we arrived and it took until Wednesday for the pool service to correct. Also, the AC unit in the garage "dripped" buckets of water each day that messed up the garage. This was not yet resolved when we left, though resolution was promised for when they could turn the AC off to check. Still, we had a good time in and around the pool and enjoying the large meeting/dining areas in the house while we were there.
