Location

It was a great location from Front street- we thought it was closer to all the activities but it still worked. Also thought the shower could have been a little warmer. The stay was great and would stay again.

Nice Stay

Property is in a very nice central location to get around Traverse City. The room was exactly as described. Hot water was definitely not super hot and only on the warm side no matter how long you let it run. We also noticed multiple drawers and other random spots that could have used better cleaning such as behind the shower curtain. Other than that it was an overall nice stay.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay! A bit further out of town than we anticipated however we didn’t mind driving because parking is so cheap and was easy to find, we also did a lot of exploring so driving was required. We walked into town one time but it was so hot out! The hosts were great, the place itself was perfect for us but we don’t spend much time in the rooms of our vacation spots. The exterior leaves a bit to be desired, it wouldn’t take much to add some planters or bushes to give it a little curb appeal but if you can overlook that, it’s a great little spot.

This is a motel room with: -an AC that didn’t work until we did a cursory cleaning of the filter - nothing white to add to black coffee -no utensils -loud yelling in Nextdoor room - no Kleenex-like tissues - Way overpriced!!!

The property was well located and exactly as represented in the listing. Communication with manager was simple, timely and accurate. Pricing was competitive for this time of year in Traverse City. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Comfortable room, great location

We enjoyed our stay, nice to have a small kitchennete in the room. Comfortable bed, place was clean. Would recommend replacing plates/cups with something microwave safe.

Good price

Great management, location and cleanliness. The room could have used a chair to sit on, an iron, hangers and we could not use the floor rugs because they were curled up on both ends making it a trip hazard.

It was okay.

Pretty noisy. No recycling bins. Clean tho. Great bath towels. Comfy bed. Good for a short stay but not so much for a longer stay IMO.

Cold shower nice room

The property was as advertised but if you want a warm shower don't stay here. The shower is room temperature at best. When I contacted the property manager I was asked to let the water run as it takes a long time for it to get warm. I did that with no results. When I contacted them again I was told warm water does take time for all the units on this building. We apologize and ask for your understanding. Also when the room next door flushes their toilet the shower goes ice cold. Ugh
