Overall incredible experience, Faye & Bryan are stand out, warm and hospitable hosts. From the reservation experience, to flexibility of modifying our stay, to consistent communication throughout, had one of the best VRBO experiences ever. The home is carefully crafted, with attention to detail—a very homey-feel. Amenities (sauna, game room, plenty of pantry goods) were the cherry on top! My only regret is not being able to stay longer. 10/10 would recommend, and hope to be back another time!

We enjoyed our stay at Zion Happy Retreat very much! Clean property, good location in a quiet neighborhood, with all the needed amenities. We enjoyed the lovely back patio for coffee in the morning or evening conversations. The game room was a hit as well!

Wonderful home and host

Property is beautiful (lovely landscaping and interior decor) and cool game room and other amenities. It is apparent as soon as you walk in that you are staying in someone's home. Well stocked kitchen and everything is clean and very welcoming. We enjoyed the game room when we were able to access it...seems it was locked an hour earlier than listing time of 10 pm, but we did appreciate all extras.

We were 2 families (4 school-age kids) traveling from MN on a road trip & found this gem of a place to stay at on our Zion leg of the adventure. It was perfect for the 8 of us! Very clean!! Has a spacious master bedroom & 3 guest rooms with a great common area both inside & in the backyard for all of us to hang. We unfortunately didnt get to utilize the game room like we planned, as we only stayed for 2 nights, and after our long days of hiking, our evenings were pretty low key.The massage chair was AMAZING to utilize after our hikes- a pleasant bonus to the already fabulous house.Faye was always prompt with responses when we had questions & was very helpful with suggestions for activities around the area. The house is located in a quaint neighborhood & we felt very safe & right at home.Would definitely recommend staying here if you plan to head to Zion! It was a gorgeous hour drive to the Park, with lots of picturesque urea along the way. We hope to return some day!!

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cute, quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views. Had a blast in the game room and the massage chair was a hit with the whole fam. We had a great time!! Host was great and responded very quickly.

Overall, the property was really great. We really enjoyed our time there. The only thing my wife felt needed a little work was pet hair was under some furniture and on the cover blanket in the master bedroom. We found pet hair on our clothes. We don’t own any pets because my wife is allergic to pet hair. Otherwise, everything was way beyond our expectations. They had water and eggs in the fridge and the kitchen was stocked with useful items. I haven’t found that in many other places.

Perfect Base Camp

Check in/out a breeze, owners responsive but not over bearing. House amenities were resort quality. Treated to hummingbirds in the backyard. We enjoyed hearing/seeing local livestock in neighborhood. Great location as basecamp for day visits to Zion and other activities. Massage chair was a hit after hiking all day. Chef's kitchen and local grocery made for enjoyable and affordable meals. Hope to return again soon!

Excellent Accommodations!

Lovely home with just about anything we could want or need! Well stocked, well equipped, amazing game room, spacious back yard to enjoy more of the outdoors, quiet setting with a nice view, and close to what we wanted. Would definitely come back.

Family is everything! So to be closer to our parents and get to enjoy all the National Parks, we settled into Toquerville. So close to so many great trails for exploring, and Zion National Park. You feel tucked away from the hustle & bustle of Hurricane or St George, yet you are close to all the amenities.

We love animals and welcome your furry friends. We understand that they are part of your family! Our home is filled with motivation and uplifting quotes to lift your spirits! And we have 2 dedicated work spaces for all of you who want/need to work while on vacation. We will also have a Zen backyard with a cool water feature, an Infrared Sauna and much more!
