Close to the beach, bike paths, restaurants, outdoor rentals, and the Pickleville Playhouse, there are lots of memory-building activities for everyone! The Sailor’s Nest at Bear Lake has lots of room for fun: *** 6 bedrooms with enough beds for 23 (including a bunk room with 3 TRIPLE bunkbeds) *** 2 spacious gathering places to accommodate large family groups *** A well-stocked kitchen with eating space for the entire family (no need to eat in shifts) *** Outdoor areas where you can relax and read a good book (the front porch) or roast marshmallows over the fire pit or enjoy some delicious BBQ (The patio near the back) The Sailor’s Nest at Bear Lake has a master Family Bunk Room with a queen bed, TRIPLE bunk bed, 55” Roku TV with guest access allowing you to stream your own subscription services, a master bathroom, walk-in closet (perfect for a pack- and- play), and a corner desk perfect for those times you need to check in with the office! Four additional bedrooms offer queen beds, 43” Roku TVs with guest access allowing you to stream your own subscription services, and enough floor or closet space for you to bring your own twin air mattresses, pack-and-plays, or sleeping pads to accommodate different sleeping arrangements.


Our “Party Room” bunk room promises lots of fun with 3 TRIPLE bunk beds (9 twin beds!), a full bathroom , a foosball table, and a 55” Roku TV with guest access allowing you to stream your own subscription services,


Besides the master family bedroom and bunk room bathrooms, there are two more full bathrooms to keep waiting for showers to a minimum. (Two water heaters make the wait times even shorter!)


The main upstairs gathering place connects the spacious dining area with a cozy living space (complete with a full-sized hide-a-bed and featuring a 55” Roku TV with guest access allowing you to stream your own subscription services). With this combined space, nobody ever has to feel left out while preparing meals!


The huge basement gathering place has a 75” Roku TV with guest access allowing you to stream your own subscription services, lots of games, and plenty of seating (two full-sized couches, two love seats, and a gigantic love sac)! It's a perfect family room for movie or game nights.


There’s plenty of parking—in the garage, driveway, and side yard! The traffic is minimal and perfect for walkers and bikers alike to enjoy the peacefulness of the rural setting with a raspberry farm directly across the street from this brand new neighborhood, as well as cows grazing the neighboring fields. The Pickleville Playhouse is within a short walking distance, as are scenic walking/biking trails. And other than some occasional construction noise, the neighborhood itself is quiet and serene with little traffic, allowing kids to enjoy riding scooters or bikes through the nearby streets.
