LBI Sandcastle is a newer Oceanfront home offering panoramic views of ocean and bay via floor to ceiling windows, wraparound porches, and soaring rooftop deck. Catch sunrise, sunset, and enjoy direct access to the beach through the private walk. 7-person Hot Tub added in 2025!
This family home has been thoughtfully accommodated to sleep 12 with 2 oceanfront master suites with sweeping ocean views, sliders to the oceanfront porch, and private baths. The third master suite, located on the main level, enjoys bay views and magnificent master bath. 2 more bedrooms and bathroom combinations include 3 twins each for ultimate flexibility.

Soak in the expansive ocean views from top floor open living and dining space. This new construction is currently under the care of a professional decorator to make this property spectacular for your vacation. Luxury finishes, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, gathering table for summer feasts. Amenities including an elevator, brand new mattresses, 2 extra family rooms, Wolf stove, Sub-Zero fridge, rooftop fire pit, Weber gas grill, beach bikes, boogie boards, outdoor shower, on-suite baths and so much more.

We have been bringing the kids to Beach Haven and Holgate every year since they could barely ride bikes. We would pack friends, cousins and grandparents into our rentals and weeks would fly by. Mike has been surf-fishing up and down the island since he was a teen.
Our love for LBI grew stronger every year and we often dreamed about buying our own home on the island. In 2019, we visited an open house with no intentions of buying, but one peak of that view and we were done. LBI Sandcastle grabbed our hearts and did not let go.
We know how important vacation with family is and so we have spent an enormous amount of time filling this home with anything and everything that would make your time chock-full of amazing memories.
This stretch of the beach is glorious and can be viewed from all over the house.

The beach is private with lots of sand bars but also has Lifeguards on duty during the summer season. Easy bike ride to center of Beach Haven - we include 6 beach cruisers!
