Nestled between Bryan Lake and Lake Ann, this cozy home is centrally located for all of your up-north adventures. Guests will enjoy a secluded deck surrounded by trees and cabin feel with all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. The village of Lake Ann is a short 5 minute walk away and offers a brewery, grocery store, ice cream shop, coffee shop, park, and restaurant. Lake Ann Brewery has live outdoor music all summer long. Lake Ann DNR public boat launch only 1.4 miles away!

All the modern amenities are at your fingertips including a well stocked kitchen, central AC, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, laundry, dishwasher, gas stove, dedicated workspace, and strong cell service.

The house provides a convenient single floor living space. The living room and kitchen flow together in an open floor plan with easy access to a beautiful deck off the back of the house.

Nearby attractions include: Traverse City (20 minutes), Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore (20 minutes), Extensive breweries, wineries, and distilleries located throughout Leelanau, Benzie, and Grand Traverse Counties, Lake Ann DNR public boat launch (3 minutes), Crystal Mountain Resort (25 minutes), Local hiking and mountain bike trails at Lake Ann Pathway, Ransom Lake Natural Area, and Lower Woodcock Lake Nature Preserve (5 minutes or less), Endless miles of ORV trails.

Had a great time in Lake Ann. Even with the snowstorm while we were there.The cabin was clean and well maintained. If we forgot anything, the General Store had it. Chad kept in touch the whole time we were there which was very much appreciated. Thanks again

This a great place to be for a more relaxed stay, but still have easy access to Traverse City and the other cute lake towns in the area. Northport was 30 minutes away and everything else was about 15 minutes away. We would definitely come back.

Great location close to everything! The hosts have not missed a thing in terms of a well stocked house. The entire process was easy, and Chad was quick to answer my message. Check out was equally easy. It was clean and welcoming. It was a perfect place for our girls’ getaway!

Family Get Away

I traveled with my son's family which includes three grandsons. We had a great time staying here. The kids spoke with neighbors and were able to fish from nearby properties when we weren't on the go doing activities and seeing sights. Great location near many things.

The house worked very well for us. The location is fantastic, just a quick walk to Lake Ann Brewing for live music or to the Red Door Cafe for a morning coffee or a quick enough drive to anywhere in the greater Traverse City area.The house was clean and comfortable, and the host easy to communicate with and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Pleasant stay

Our stay was very comfortable. Extras like coffee, shampoo etc. were a nice surprise.And we really enjoyed chilling on the deck.Good views over the lake and a nice quiet neighborhood.

Excellent experience. Very clean. Stocked with extras. Quick to respond to questions. Loved the variety of bed options (firm to soft). Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Garage to park in was a very nice bonus. Location was perfectly situated for our plans. Would stay again if we are in the area and the house is available.

Chad’s place was lovely and perfect for our visit to the Traverse City area! It had comfy beds and everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. A big perk was being able to park in the garage. Made it easy to unload and load the car before and after travel. We would 100% stay here again!

Great little getaway!

Awesome place to stayup north! The cottage was clean, comfortable and plenty of room. Lake Ann has always been one of my favorite places up north and if you've never been there your missing out. Chad was great with communication and we had a great time and will be back soon!

Clean and quiet

This is a very nice house it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The grill was clean. Nice location for what we like to do in the area. A nice small grocery store close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

It was a long day of travel and work on the first day. The easy check in was very nice. The message on the fridge welcoming us was nice, really enjoyed the frosted mugs! Very clean home, had everything we needed, never ran out of anything.

The owners have done a lot of planning and it shows. Virtually anything you can think of they have on hand. This home was clean, well appointed, and convenient. The communication with the owners was almost instantaneous! We used this home as a springboard for our excursions to the east, west and north. This time we got to traverse (pun?) almost every major road in Grand Traverse and Leelanau county. The town of Lake Ann has a wonderful grocery store, ice cream shop, pizza shop and pub. Word to the wise: the lines for pizza can get pretty long if you wait too late for supper! After spending 8 nights here we can recommend it highly!

Quiet, clean, comfortable home

Big enough for family of 5 and dog to spread out comfortably and was clean. Had everything we needed; every day we’d venture out to explore Sleeping Bear, Traverse City, Glen Arbor, charming towns- property is in great location.
