Location, location, easy access to desirable attractions! Direct access on the beach without having to cross the street, not to mention amazing views!

These two 875 sq ft units (1004 & 1109) are located steps away from each other to accommodate larger parties that want to be nearby, based on availability.

24-hour security is provide at this gated resort. This condo is located at Pelican Beach Resort on the 10th floor (Unit 1004). It is a newly renovated 1-bedroom condo with stunning Gulf of Mexico views from your private balcony, an open-concept living area, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests

Relax and unwind in style with a spacious living room featuring two couches and cozy bedroom with a king bed. The fully equipped kitchen is designed with a bar that overlooks the living area, perfect for entertaining guests or enjoying a casual meal. The living area also includes a sofa bed and a Roku-enabled Smart TV with Hulu for your entertainment needs.

The hallway features two cozy bunk beds, each with its own smaller individual TVs, providing additional sleeping space for guests or children.

The onsite amenities include heated indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, covered parking garage, tennis courts, outdoor gas grills, cafe' & Tiki Bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks by the pool or on the beach. Coin operated washer and dryer are available on each floor. It is the perfect getaway for relaxation or fun with tons of outdoor/indoor activities for both adults and kids.

Pelican Beach Resort is strategically located in one of the most sought after areas in Destin. Located across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park, convenient to many of the best restaurants in the area, Harbor Walk, outlet malls, the list is endless.

Since Pelican Beach Resort is a very popular destination, the beach does get crowded seasonally (May through August). For a better beach experience, please reserve your beach service early at La Dolce Vita Beach Service to get the front rows. I do have two reclining beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon that can haul all of your beach gear, that anyone is free to use that are found in the owner's closet, if you choose not to rent.

This unit also has a mini feeding chair that buckles into a regular chair. I provide tons of garbage bags, dishwash pods, toilet paper & paper towels so few less things you need to worry about bringing.

THERE IS NOT A WASHER AND DRYER IN THE UNIT. IT IS IN THE HALLWAY ON THE SAME FLOOR.

This unit is located close to the elevators.

Important NOTICE:
At least one person 25 years of age is required for check-in and no pets.

Wonderful stay!

This unit was perfect. The host, Julie, was wonderful. She was very informative and kept me up to date on all things and made checkin and checkout run smoothly. The unit had everything you would need for the perfect vacay stay! Will definitely stay here again!

Just gorgeous!

Everything about this place is perfect! From the stunning ocean view to the beautifully decorated rooms! High end finishes throughout. Exceptionally clean and so many thoughtful items were provided. Even a lighted Christmas tree! Julie was an excellent host, touching base regularly to ensure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd year with this owner and we can’t express how perfect the unit and our stay was. A very nicely appointed unit with everything, I mean EVERYTHING you could possibly need. This condo itself was perfect. This room was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had an amazing view! Not only was the room perfect, but the condo amenities were awesome as well. Multiple pools and private beach access was perfect for us and our kids. Julie was an awesome host and had the condo fully stocked with the necessities, including beach chairs and more! She had a list of suggested restaurants and activities for us which was nice since we've never been to Destin. She also communicated with me regularly as we were getting settled in and was available by phone for any needs throughout our stay! Needless to say, we can't wait to come back!

Great Place!!!

The property is as described. It is very nice, well stocked and the location is the best. It is up to date in its decor. We loved the shower spa. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We can't wait to go back. We want to get the same condo. You won't be disappointed!!

Perfect Getaway

Traveled to Florida for my first time and the stay absolutely perfect! Julie went above and beyond any host I've ever had. There was construction on the property around us and she went out of her way to make sure we were good with it, while most wouldnt have even mentioned it. My wife and I hope to come back in the summer and bring our boys with us

The Perfect Stay

The Condo we rented from Julie was amazing. The unit is very upscale and modern. It was supplied with amenities most did not offer, very clean and well organized. It made our trip so carefree and better than what it would have been. The view from the balcony is worth a million dollars. Communication with the host was awesome and she made sure our time at her property was flawless. Thank you Julie for everything! Will definitely be in contact again!

Picture Perfect

This property was even better than we had imagined. The view is outstanding. You can even sit on the couch and see the ocean. The chairs on the deck are sturdy and comfortable. The unit is clean and modern, and the beds are so comfortable. The shower in the bedroom is amazing. In fact, both bathrooms are very nice. My sister slept on the bottom bunk bed that is in the hall, and although it lacks privacy, it has a light and a small tv for the top and bottom bunk. She was comfortable despite the fact that she is 72. The kitchen is stocked with all you need. The owner is very nice and accommodating. She goes out of her way to be sure you enjoy your stay. The resort is very nice. The pools are clean. Access to the beach is only a few steps away from the pool decks. We will definitely come again and we highly recommend this owner and the resort.

Great location, great stay, and great host in Destin!

This was our first stay in Destin and first time using VRBO and we were very pleased with the whole experience! The condo was extremely nice with a fantastic view of the ocean and direct access to the beach. The place was worth it just for the view and ability to overlook the ocean during sunrise and sunset! Julie was very responsive and even helped us get familiar with the area since we had never been before! Check-in was a breeze and Julie went above and beyond to help accommodate an early check-in for us due to an early arriving flight. All in all, it was a fantastic first experience and we will definitely be looking to stay in this condo again when we return to Destin!

Excellent home base for making memories

This unit has everything you would look for in a vacation rental. Clean, comfortable (great couches/lots of room!), well appointed and updated (a shower to die for!). A BIG plus compared to other rentals is the owner provides all paper products, trash bags, etc. Very important if you are flying or driving a long way with limited area for stowing luggage/supplies. The view of the beach and water from the balcony can't be beat! Owner is very responsive, communicates info in a timely manner, and is kind and caring. The resort itself has everything you would need without leaving but is also located in an area full of restaurants and places for adventures. We will be back.

Family Vacation

We had great time at this condo. Julie was a great Host and just a text away if we needed her. The resort had a nice cafe for Breakfast/Lunch. We also enjoyed the tiki bar for drinks on the beach. The View from the condo was Amazing:) Julie went above and beyond on items you can use in the condo.

Wonderful stay!

We couldn't have asked for a better view in this incredible condo. It was very clean and the host, Julie was always there to provide information and area suggestions. The building is incredible with 3 pools and a restaurant/bar on site. The wildest thing was how great of a centralized location it is in Destin as far as going out for dinner and drinks, We will most definitely be back to this condo.
