Vacation in an exclusive casita at our modern hacienda! Walk to everything in the central neighborhood - 2 blocks up from a sandy swimming beach. The heated infinity pool in a relaxing garden is just steps from your private terrace off an upper level living room / high-end kitchen. Downstairs is a cool and quiet king bedroom with luxury linens, an oasis spa bathroom and walk-in closet. 1 of only 3 separate entry units that share secure common spaces: laundry, off-street parking, pool / BBQ area.

The Space -
Skip the crowded condo and resort scenes and relax at Casa Dorada's (Golden House) peaceful poolhouse casita. Enjoy the private gardens and thoughtful amenities behind the golden walls of our remodeled neighborhood home.

Housekeeping 2-3 times per week is included. Host lives on property and management staff is on-call. Concierge, massage, transportation and chef services available upon request.

Secure, high-wall perimeters have closed circuit 24hr surveillance cameras on property.

Guest Access -
The heart of the house is the spacious pool lawn and BBQ area. It can be a quiet spot for a meal or a gathering place to play. From lazy morning coffees to mid day hammock siestas to evening outdoor movie nights, its always the best place to escape.

A common entry, laundry area and off-street parking are shared by a 1 bedroom Villa, a Studio and your Poolhouse. Each unit has its own digital coded door locks and SimpliSafe alarm system.

Other Things to Note -
Our town of Bucerias is small enough to walk to everything but still offers a great variety of restaurants and shops. The house is located 2 blocks up from a sandy swimming beach in the neighborhood called "Zona Dorada" (Golden Zone named for the pyrite sparkling sand) This deep bay is a safe haven for sea life including dolphin pods and migrating humpback whales you may see in the winter months. The "sweet-water" is less salty than nearby Pacific beaches because the Bay of Banderas is fed by mountain spring rivers.

Bucerias is centrally located making for easy day trips to explore the south's historical pueblitos and fun activities of Puerto Vallarta and the north's popular surf beaches and cool scenes of Sayulita & San Pancho.

As your hosts, we have experienced almost everything the bay area has to offer and love sharing this with our guests - from Jeep jungle hikes, to bike food tours and whale watching boats - we've got the connections.

But if it's just some sun, beach and chill time your looking for, we've got that too! Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and poolside lounge spots. And if duty calls, our high speed internet, quiet works spaces and printer are available.

After having lived all around the area for the past 10 winters, we kept finding ourselves back in Bucerias and we are grateful to have made Casa Dorada our home and are proud to now be able to share this with you.
