Waterfront home where you can relax or enjoy the things the Northern Neck.

We now have wifi!!! Come enjoy some R&R in the beautiful Northern Neck of VA. Our area offers plenty to keep you busy. We have a dock with crab pots(bait provided) and fishing gear right at the house. Bring your boat and enjoy the Potomac River or Chesapeake Bay fishing. There is plenty to do on land also-golfing, breweries, wineries, farmers markets, farm and fisherman's museum to name a few. We will have lists of things to do and places to visit/eat for guests.

Beautiful home, pictures online DO NOT do it justice at all. One of the cleanest homes I've rented! The owners live close by & were so nice & made me feel very safe while traveling alone, (Sandy even offered me a safe ride home if I needed it from a party I was attending) the hospitality shown here was above and beyond! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone wanting a nice, safe & quiet place to stay!

This house was super nice and cozy for my family of four to stay in. We unfortunately only stayed one night, but would definitely book this house again in a heartbeat! The owner is very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

Great place to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and reconnect with family and friends.

House was lovely, had everything needed and more. Fun to have ping pong table, games and books to enjoy as well. The dock on the water was great for relaxation, blue crabbing, fishing, and bird watching. Appreciated the great communication from Sandy offering us help and information for our stay, and for being so quick to answer questions I had. Highly recommended!

Excellent place to stay

Sandy was a wonderful and very responsive host. She made sure we felt very welcomed and 'at home' in this lovely house on the water. The home and owners made this a trip we'll remember.

Great waterfront cottage!

High recommendation for this property. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed, the bedrooms were comfortable. Our host Sandy was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect weekend get-away

This home is adorable! Tasteful beachy decor, super clean, very comfortable furnishings (you have to use the recliner!) and anything/everything you could possibly need in kitchen and bathrooms. The chilled glasses in the freezer were an unexpected but very welcome surprise and perfect for a nice cold beer out on the deck at the end of the day (pretty sunsets and great waterview) The whole setting is very peaceful. Host is very responsive and helpful and left us some great treats. I would book here again in a heartbeat 💓

Relaxing Family Fun Weekend

Oh my goodness! From the moment we walked in, I announced that I already wanted to come back again! Our sweet host thought of every little thing to make us so comfortable and was so easy to reach with any questions that we had. She truly went above and beyond to make this the best stay we’ve ever had anywhere. My son and his buddy loved being able to run out to the backyard and go fishing right away. Our lunch consisted of all the blue crabs that our boys caught on site! I almost don’t want to let the secret out of the bag on how wonderful this place and host are as we don’t want to not be able to easily book this lovely home again. What a gem of a house and a host!

Quiet and peaceful space

We came in for our parents' anniversary celebration and needed a couple of extra bedrooms and bathrooms for the family for a few nights. This house served that purpose very well. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how fresh and clean the house smelled. Then we entered the kitchen to find cinnamon rolls waiting on the counter for us with a lovely note from the host. The decor is lovely. The house is well stocked (from the bath towels to the kitchen utensils/small appliances) with all you need for your stay. Nice deck and big back yard to sit out and view the beautiful river view. A bbq grill is available. There's a ping pong table and fishing poles in the garage, as well as an exercise machine. You will not be disappointed with this space. Sandy, the host, was very responsive to all my messages and made herself available if we needed anything. She even let us check-in early, as we were coming from out-of-state. I could say more, but I think you'll need to book and experience for yourself. Definitely a 5* all around.

The stay was absolutely amazing, very clean and comfortable everything you would want in a place away from your home. We enjoyed fishing off the dock the three days we were there. The host was great, thank you for allowing us to stay at your vrbo, we are looking forward to renting again.
