Sand Dollar #2: Canalfront & Pet Friendly with Pool by the Beach!

Sand Dollar Unit #2 is part of a stunning four-unit waterfront canal property with shared pool and dock, right across the street from the beach! This PET-FRIENDLY ground-level one-bedroom features a King bed plus twin-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Also has one bathroom with a walk-in shower, kitchen fully stocked with plateware and amenities, as well as a private patio.

Watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee from the poolside patio, fish from the dock on the canal, or lay out by the pool (shared among the four units on this beach property.

Have a large gathering coming up? This property can be rented as a complex! 4 units with a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms allowing a max occupancy of 18.

A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals, added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.

Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

Everything was spot on with what was cimmunicated on the front side... Clean, organized, across the street from the beach and great communication!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The property is lovely, the host is wonderful, and TriPower is easy to work with. Even with construction all around us, it is so nice to see Fort Myers Beach rebuilding.

Close to the beach

Everything as advertised. Owner was available for assistance on daily basis. The air conditioner and TV were on same frequency, some times TV would turn on automatically. Was not a problem! Funny though! Across street from beach. 3 blocks and you were at public access to beach. Great as it is a 5 per hour parking fee.

Amazing Property!!!

This property was absolutely wonderful! Due to renovations on the lower level we were upgraded to the two-bed, upstairs unit. This upgrade gave us the most spectacular view of the gulf and hands down the best spot to watch the sunset! We met the owner, Yvonne, the first day! She was so wonderful and welcoming. She ensured the pool was skimmed every evening. The property is very close to the Fort Myers Trolley stops which made it very accessible to travel to all the hot spots. If you're looking for a property, in a quiet area, I would recommend this property!! Thanks for having us!! Cheers!!

Hidden Gem

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this hidden gem, and we couldn't have been more delighted with our experience. The property had undergone some extensive renovations following hurricane Ian, and the results were nothing short of impressive. It was clear that the owners had spared no expense in restoring the property to its former glory. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by the crisp, clean, and tastefully decorated interior that felt brand new. The new fixtures, fresh paint, and upgraded furnishings created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it was evident that the owners take great pride in making sure their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.The pool was clean and surrounded by a beautifully landscaped outdoor space. We spent countless hours enjoying the sunshine, cooling off in the pool, and overlooking the nearby canal. The beach is a short walk across the street. It was a true oasis. The overall experience at this property was exceptional. The combination of the hurricane renovations, the fantastic pool area, and the owners' commitment to guest satisfaction made our vacation unforgettable. No need to pack lots of clothes, laundry available. Backyard layed out beautifully, heated pool, 2 bbq's to use. Well maintained, modern, clean, recently renovated, more amenities within each unit than can describe. Comfortable beds, brita water filter in fridge, all kitchen well stocked with cookware. Location is perfect to get anywhere with ease, beach across the street. Rentals like bikes for beach cruising makes getting around quick and easy.

Stay to get our FMB house finished up
