The House @ GHB (Green Hill Beach) lo tiene todo para las vacaciones perfectas en la playa: un hermoso paseo a una magnífica playa de arena blanca, pasando por el espectacular GHB Pond y su propia casa espaciosa, apartada e informal.

Un parque fantástico está justo al lado con nuevas canchas de tenis, canchas de baloncesto, parque infantil, campo abierto, sendero para caminatas.

The House @ GHB es invisible desde la carretera, con un largo recorrido privado, rosales y un porche cubierto que es perfecto para cenar al aire libre. Todo el frente de la casa es de vidrio de piso a techo, con una serie de puertas dobles francesas que hacen que la gran sala y el porche. . . adentro se vuelve afuera

Camine o vaya en bicicleta a la playa, la reserva natural, el estanque. Ven a casa con ventiladores de techo que se balancean perezosamente y mécete suavemente en la impresionante hamaca. Tome el sol en total privacidad en un lugar aislado, arbolado en 1. 5 acres.

The House @ GHB cuenta con 3 dormitorios (principal en el piso principal, 2 arriba), 3+ baños, espacio suficiente para dormir fácilmente 8. El maestro tiene una cama queen, las habitaciones tienen camas dobles. Pase por las puertas de vidrio de la cocina hacia la terraza lateral para asar a la parrilla, o salga a los restaurantes frescos de ostras o a los bares locales de la cercana Wakefield.

2020 summer escape

While summer 2020 has certainly been unusual, being back at the Green Hill Beach home provided a much-needed return to some form of normalcy for my family. We love this home, its airy and comfortable, private but just a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The porch is such a great extension to the overall living space, we use it for everything, morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, star gazing and firefly watching or even listening to the sound of the waves. The owners are there to greet us when we arrive and want our stay to be as pleasant and carefree as possible.

Great family vacation!

We rented the house for a family vacation that included the July 4th holiday that included 15 family members and friends at the house. The house could not only accommodate all of us for the day, the porch and yard provided all with ample room to roam. The house is very private and comfortable, but the huge porch is what sold us! It’s outdoor living at its best with easy access to the open living room/dining/ kitchen areas through the wide French doors. We took advantage of all of the great activities in and around the area, spent many relaxing days at the beach, playing in the park next door, riding bikes and evenings on the porch for cocktails, card games and all around fun! The house is tastefully furnished/decorated & immaculate. The kitchen is one of the best stocked we’ve come across in a rental home. The owner is very responsive and the entire process was easy. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this home.

August Vacation

Comfortable surroundings & a well equipped kitchen. Really enjoyed the first floor layout & wrap around porch. Bedrooms & baths very clean. Rob was hospitable & engaging.

Great Stay

We had a lovely time at Rob’s house. Other than our check in being delayed an hour and the fridge being filled with old food the house was very clean and comfortable for our stay! Would absolutely rent this house again.

Perfect house & location

We got to spend the last week of August at Rob’s magical Green Hill Beach House. And it was perfect for our group— myself, my husband, our two kids (10 & 13) and their two friends. The house itself is lovely— big open French doors onto a wide covered front porch, so it felt like we had breezy indoors/outdoors living all week (perfect given the current Pandemic, and need for fresh air/circulation!).The decor was a mix of modern with great artsy/folky touches. Bedrooms were simple but lovely. NOTE- there is no A/C, but with lots of windows and ceiling fans everywhere, we were fine. The location was amazing. Kids could walk next door to park for tennis/b-ball. We biked every day the 0.9 miles to beach. Green Hill Beach has soft sand and rolling waves. The public section where you can set up chairs is small, but we went back and forth multiple times a day since it was so close. And there are lots of great restaurants and ice cream shops around. Finally, Rob was a great host. Booking was stressful because of all the COVID restrictions, and weeks before our trip infection rates started to go up in RI. He was so gracious and accomodating, I couldn’t have asked for more. Overall- a perfect week!! We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect beach house!

The house is beautiful, well appointed and location is right next to a park with tennis and trails. The town beach is spectacular and there is a wonderful farm stand on the way back. We loved our stay!!

Wonderful stay

This is a lovely, private home. The inside is beautiful yet comfortable; the porch is fabulous and was where we spent most of our time. We explored the great restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops nearby. We walked, biked, and played tennis at the park next to the house, in addition to having nice days at the beach. Rob's home made for a wonderful family vacation.

Best summer escape

Another great family vacation at this beautiful Green Hill Beach home. We return to this house because it’s very private and comfortable, has everything you need, but the enormous porch is one of the best features of the house! We love the beautiful area and the beach just a short bike ride or walk down the road. The park next door is great for all ages and we took advantage of yoga classes this summer. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this home (although we’d like to keep it a secret!)

Beautiful, peaceful time away!

All over wonderful. The house is fully stocked with everything! Very private and close enough to hear the sound of the ocean. Perfect for me, my husband, 2 kids, sister in law (her husband) and my in laws. We all had enough space and felt comfortable. We used the front porch often during the morning with coffee and in the evening for winding down after the beach. The owners were very pleasant!

Gorgeous home and area

We had a lovely family vacation at this beautiful Green Hill Beach home. The home is bright, airy and lovingly decorated. The area is gorgeous with a small beach down the road and beach parking passes for the larger South Kingstown beach...both lovely. The porch was a delight for reading, having drinks at the end of the day and just talking. we were six adults and there was room and privacy for everyone.The owners were on hand to great us and were wonderful. Highest rating!

relaxing family vacation at Green Hill Beach!

Exactly as described, the house is comfortable and very private, with an enormous porch, in a beautiful area near one of Rhode Island's best beaches. We enjoyed extended dinners at the long dining table, body surfing at the beach, riding bikes on the country roads, visiting the Trustom Pond Preserve and Moonstone Beach, lounging on the spacious, deep porch for hours. Absolutely the best family vacation we've had in years!

Absolutely the most relaxing place!!

Wide open living/dining area - can fit a great party or have your own space - whatever you'd like! The wrap around porch is to die for!! My favorite evening was spent sitting on the porch with rain pouring down on all sides - so cozy! Very comfortable, private, and gorgeous beaches. Lots to do in the area. One of our best vacations ever!
