The cottage and beach were magical. Loved having the ocean as our front yard for a week! The cottage was immaculate and well appointed. The hosts were excellent and answered our questions quickly. Highly reccomend!

I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful home on Matunuck Beach. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean and stocked with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable.

This is a beautiful cottage right on the ocean. The place was extremely clean, and it was wonderful to sit out on the large deck. We really enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck as well as from inside the living room.As a quick note for future guests, there is another guest cottage directly behind this one. At times, it feels like you are sharing the space, as we could clearly hear talking and running water from the neighboring unit. Fortunately, the other guests were quiet and respectful, so this was not an issue for us during our stay.We loved it and would stay again!

This cottage is adorable, well-appointed and very clean. Beach access is right on the property and the oversized front porch overlooking the beach is a great spot to watch surfers and enjoy your morning coffee in a picturesque setting. Great food choices in walking distance and easy walk to SK beach or even East Matunuk if you are looking for long walks on the beach. We will definitely be back. Loved it and Bonnie was very responsive and kind.

I've stayed at Just Enough more than half a dozen times and each time I love it more!! Peaceful, relaxing, quiet, comfy, just perfect! Watching the surfers and the waves is mesmerizing. Can't wait to go again!!!

Wonderfully appointed property. Just 10 yards to a private beach. Everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Surfing and fishing right out your back door. Ocean Mist is a 5 minute walk for dining and entertainment. Highly recommend and will be returning next summer.

The place was exactly as I had hoped. Right on the beach with a beachside deck. Woke up to a view of AM surfers and the sound of the waves. The beach was quiet and we had it essentially to ourselves and our neighbors. The home was not huge but large enough for our family of 3 and we were able to host visitors. A couple of bars with pub fare within a 5 minute walk. A small market with a deli was located within a mile of the house for essentials. About 15 mins from Narragansett Beach and Coast Guard House. Same to Matunuk Oyster Bar. Both great restaurants.

This cottage is very charming and comfortable, a sweet getaway with sweeping views of the ocean. We arrived on a Saturday at the height of the recent nor’easter with high winds and torrential rain but we settled in nicely with bags full of groceries, snuggly clothes and candles. Although we always travel with our own chefs knives, favorite skillet and an arsenal of seasonings, this kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils with plenty of space to prep and eat. The primary bedroom was clean, large and bright with plenty of closet space. The bathroom was spacious and has a great shower. The living room is fantastic with heavy, almost soundproof sliding doors that open to a fabulous large deck that leads you right to the beach. The beamed ceiling held surf boards and fishing gear that is so fun and colorful. We actually felt lucky to be at this special spot during the storm since the waves were wild and the abundance of surfers out there all day long kept us entertained. That was very fun! We were very happy that there were a variety of tv channels that allowed us to watch a few old movies in the afternoons and evenings. This is a great spot with views of block island, plenty of beach and a very quick walk to The Ocean Mist and a tavern. Bonnie was fantastic to communicate with and check in and out was easy. We were very cozy and comfortable, right at home. We can only imagine how special it is to be here through the summer months.

Location was beyond excellent from watching the kite surfers to the local fleet of fishing boats with a nice private beach right at our doorsteps and a view of Block Island!!Who could ask for more…..Short walk to anything in the village!!We look forward to another wonderful stay in this charming cottage in the future.
