Please be advised that Watercrest will be undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2025 through May 2026. During this time, guests may experience limited access to balconies, pools, and parking areas, depending on the phase of construction.
• This unit specifically will not have balcony access from late-December to early-February.
• The pool and hot tub will be closed mid-November through early-February.
• Loud construction noise should be expected throughout the entire project period.
