About this space
A small private, comfortable two (2) stories, Two(2) Bedrooms, One(1) Bath. (we have another one (1) full bathroom for your use outside of the main building, it is in the front of this home/ We also have extra spaces with extra beds on the 2 lofts upstairs. Our home is situated in the middle of the Temecula Valley Wine Country. Quiet and serene with fantastic views of the valley, the mountains, and the vineyards from the front and back balconies.
The space
A 2 stories cottage with one master bedroom with queen size bed downstairs. The other bedroom with a queen size bed is upstairs. There are 2 twin beds each in the loft areas and a full size bed that are available to accommodate 3 (three) more guests or 3 children. There is a full bath downstairs in this building, and one full bathroom with a sink, a toilet & a shower that is at the back of the main house, (see photos). The upstairs living area is an open floor plan consists of living, dining & a full kitchen plus the two lofts. You have a big screen HDTV with Frontier FiOS TV: On Demand, pay-per-view or special events, cable channels & Frontier FiOS internet & wireless. The cottage is fully furnished & the kitchen is equipped with cooking apparatus, utensils, and amenities; a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, Keurig machine‎, & Mr Coffee coffee maker. The washing machine & dryer are in the laundry room downstairs. We provide towels, quality linens, toiletries, and even laundry soap. There is a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board. In the summer the air conditioning and fans will keep the home cool and comfortable. For the winter, we have heaters in each bedroom and the living area.

Our cottage has a private deck off the back bedroom and another larger one off the living area upstairs; it is furnished with outdoor furnitures and a B-B-Q. Staying at this home, you can also enjoy a private backyard sanctuary and the privacy of the whole cottage. From the balcony, you have the view of 200+ acres vineyards, the mountains and the valleys. On weekend there are Hot Air balloons floating over your roof and the vineyards.

We are located right in the middle of the vineyards and wineries in the Temecula Valley Wine Country. The location is so close to all the Wineries, Golf resorts, Horse back riding, Hiking trails, Fishing, Butterfield Stage Lake, Lake Skinner and wine tasting plus the restaurants are all close by on 79 South, Pechanga, Old Town Temecula. Highways I-15, & I-215 are 12-15 minutes away.

Inside this compound, there is a large garden, a vegetable garden, a vineyard, a horse corral, & plenty of rooms for cars, RV parking plus RV hook-ups.

The retreat is surrounded by several vineyards with miles and miles of unobstructed views of blue skies, meadows, hills and mountains.

It is a country home that unlike being in a city or in a suburb, at night here, you can see thousands of twinkling stars. In the early morning on Saturday & Sunday You will be treated with Hot Air balloons floating over and all around the property. Late afternoon it's the sound of cool music or concert from the Wineries near by.

Enjoy the activities and spend a few nights in Temecula after a day of wine tasting or after the wedding. A truly relaxing and a heavenly place to unwind and rejuvenate your spirit and soul. Very private getaway place. Call or email for direction.

Temecula Valley is recognized as the Napa Valley of Southern California. We are within an hour's drive from San Diego, Riverside and Orange County, 1.5 hours from Los Angeles, Coachella, Indio and the Palm Springs area.
** Our property is in the middle of the WINE COUNTRY. This is a COUNTRY and mostly near the desert areas. We have little critters such as geckos, lizards, frogs, birds, bees, chickens, Coyotes, ants, spiders, neighbors' cats & dogs. We tried to maintain our organic way of farming; so they are part of country living. However, we also manage the ants, bugs and spiders by using professional pests management once or twice a month. We also have a gardener and vineyard worker but they are very quiet. We have fostered and adopted dogs from the So Cal high kill Shelters. In the summer we sometimes have visiting family of ducks. We try to maintain our organic way of farming for our country living.
We are constantly improving our service and facilities.
Our place is not perfect; but we thoroughly spend at least 2-3 hrs and clean the WHOLE place before each new guest's arrival. We offer a great deal for a whole charming little cottage!! We do not complain or charge you if you break our things. Please just let us know so we can replace them. All drinks and snacks are complimentary with no extra charge.

celebration/event & you need more spaces.
Check out our other listing AT THE SAME COMPOUND. This place is a 2
bedrooms, 2 baths and can accommodate up to 5-6 people.

Guest access
The compound and the vineyard behind the cottage is an easy walk able area. You are welcome to walk around the vineyard and the compound.
* Notice: You must climb stairs - Living Quarter & One Bedroom are upstairs.
Other things to note
During the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are committed to these guidelines.
I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance.
Here are a few highlights:
✔️I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
✔️I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
✔️I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
✔️I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
✔️I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

If you are staying long term, we can provide cleaning ladies at their cost ($25-30 per hour). We have a crew for the gardening and the vineyard occasionally. They will not go in your back yard while you are here.
PLEASE ALSO INFORM JERI in advance if you and or anyone in your party is allergic to peanut, spiders, bees, real feather in pillows, goose down, Air Fresheners & Air scents, dogs or cats etc.
The Pool and Spa are not heated for the time being.
