Wonderful villa in fantastic location

I knew before we arrived that this villa would exceed expectations, it was amazing inside and out! It was in a perfect location at Calabay Parc, super Walmart close by and various other shops/eating places. The rooms were all well appointed and the little steps for the master bed were so cute. Plenty space for the six of us to not feel cramped and under each others feet. The kids all loved the games room. We all loved the heated pool and chilled out on the seats by the pool. Julie and Jon are amazing hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. When we come back to Florida this will be our first stop. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Magical

The Villa is spacious, well-maintained, and felt like a true home away from home with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were comfortable the bathrooms were clean and modern like the whole villa and the games room a huge hit with my kids due to plenty of choice with basketball-air hockey & pool and the board games. The pool area – beautifully maintained, private, and perfect for both relaxing and fun family time quickly became one of our favourite spots. The location is a huge plus too. Everything is near by shops, restaurants and the parks not even half a hour away. Perfect. Julie and Jon the perfect hosts too, always on hand if needed with quick replies and I couldn’t recommend the Villa high enough. We already can’t wait to return!

Home Away From Home!

The "Florida Getaway Villa " truly lived up to its name, offering a beautiful and serene escape that felt like a home away from home. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped the villa was. The pool was a fantastic highlight, providing endless fun and relaxation for the whole family and the sunsets were something else. I can’t forget to mention the Games room too, this was amazing. We enjoyed many nights in here shooting hoops, playing pool and Foosball. What really set this Villa apart was the attention to detail. The villa was beautifully displayed and decorated exquisitely. It was also wonderful that so much was provided for us, from ample towels to even Disney-themed items that delighted our 2 year old (and the adults :-) Oh and the Disney Mugs! We loved these! We even had rain ponchos provided for those summer afternoon Floridian downpours. The convenience and thoughtfulness of having these essentials readily available made our stay even more enjoyable if that was possible! :-) Overall, our experience at "The Florida Getaway Villa" was exceptional. We can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a top-notch villa in Orlando. We're already looking forward to planning our return trip! asap! Fantastic stay at Calabay Hideaway

We have just returned from a 16 night stay at Calabay Hideaway and can easily say this is the nicest villa we have stayed in. Property was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need on a holiday. Beds were super comfy and my son wants us to buy him a new mattress just like he had on holiday. Location was fabulous. Disney parks could be reached by either the I4 or US192. Travel time was approx 25 minutes. Hosts were really attentive and answered any queries we had before travelling and checked with us by email on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The villas pool got the sunshine from early in the morning which was great as we could sunbathe while waiting on our teenage son getting out of bed. Looking forward to another visit hopefully in the near future.

You’re missing out!

Your own private oasis in the sunshine, complete with a pool? Yes, please! As a family that’s spread across the country, we chose a family vacay at Calabay Hideaway paired with a first-time trip to Disney for our kiddos. The two large primary bedrooms were perfection for grandparents and parents, while the kiddos enjoyed their own space (especially our Star Wars fan, who had the Star Wars bedroom to himself!). With full days at Disney and a beach day trip to the Gulf coast on our agenda, we looked forward to coming back to relax beside (and in) the pool and burn off energy in the well-stocked games room. Can’t recommend Calabay Hideaway enough!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay in Davenport!

We had the most wonderful holiday staying at this beautiful home in Davenport, Florida. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the owners had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. The house itself was immaculate – spotless throughout and beautifully presented, with thoughtful touches in every room. It felt more like a home than a holiday rental, and everything we could possibly need had already been provided. There were USB/USC sockets in convenient places, beach towels, pool towels, even special towels for make-up and dyed hair/fake tan – such a clever idea! There were also cooling boxes for days out, a washing maiden, stationery, pool inflatables, Disney fans, umbrellas, ponchos, board games, and so much more. Every little detail had been considered to make it as easy and enjoyable as possible. The outdoor area (Lanai) was a real highlight – a gorgeous space to relax, dine, or just enjoy the Florida sunshine.How I miss sitting out there in the morning with my first cup of coffee. The pool was lovely and clean, and the added handrail made getting in and out so much more "graceful" – a small touch that makes a big difference! Special thank you to the owners and their management team for finding and posting back some items that my daughter had left behind too, especially her night time cuddly toy who is priceless, we really can't thank you enough for this! We honestly couldn’t fault a thing. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped base in Florida. You won’t be disappointed!

Peaceful delight

Villa was very easy to find, and a lovely temporary home. Plenty of room for 2 families. Seating area outside was where we spent most of our time. Very quiet and private out the back. Games in the garage if you wanted to use them. Contacted the hosts a couple of times and they were very quick to reply. I would definitely stay again.

Florida retreat

This is a home away from home. Very well appointed with pretty much anything you'd need. Nice new washer with dryer, new refrigerator and new hand held shower heads in the 2 master bedrooms. Skeeball has been added to the games in the garage. There's a pool handle also that makes getting in and out of the pool much easier. Owners act immediately if called / emailed for any issue that might come up. This is our second year here and hope to return again.

2nd time visit, won't be the last

We love coming to Calabay Hideaway, and we aren't even "Disney" people. (let the conversion begin). It's a great, centrally located spot, close to shopping, groceries, and most importantly (if you ask my husband), numerous golf courses. Great layout for a family vacation, but also works well for our group (my husband and I, and 3 of his golf buddies fly in for a few days). Everyone gets their own room (there are 2 "primary" bedrooms, plus 2 more rooms with 2 beds each), I get my princess bathroom and peace and quiet all day by the heated pool while they go golfing. They come back at the end of the day and make dinner for everyone.....it's a win win. Some people love trying different places. I love familiar spots that feel like home, only warmer :) It is well equipped, spacious, clean and quiet in a safe neighbourhood. Now, to figure out when we can sneak away again next........

Amazing- beyond our expectations!

The Florida Getaway Villa felt like our home away from home! We stayed at the Villa in our most recent trip to Orlando and it was perfect for our family! Not only is the Villa beautiful and exceptionally clean it is also so well equipped with everything you need. From umbrellas & rain coats, to strollers and endless amounts of towels, there is nothing Julie & Jon have forgotten! The lanai was perfect for morning coffee,afternoon swims, bbq dinners and everything in between! We also really appreciated all the extra charging ports, with phones, watches and magic bands we could charge everything! We had the most amazing vacation, thank you Julie & Jon for being fast to answer anytime we had a question, and for sharing your Happy place with us! The Franks can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place! It was definitely a home away from home!

The house was beautiful and had everything you could imagine to make your stay perfect. It was immaculate and comfortable. All kinds of extra’s such as cooler bags, umbrella’s, Disney character rain ponchos. The area was handy to tourist attractions and felt very safe. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed. We would highly recommend and will definitely come back. My daughter who was with us was already asking for contact info and shared with friends for possible future visit!

Great villa close to Disney

Our family of 6 absolutely loved our 8 nights at Calabay Hideaway. The beds were very comfortable, the villa was well provisioned with everything we needed, the lanai was wonderful where we enjoyed our coffee, and the pool was clean and wonderful for cooling off in. Everything was very clean. We loved the coffee station!! And all within 30 minutes to the various Disney and Universal parks. We definitely want to stay here again!

A perfect place to stay!

This villa deserves more than five stars! We have just returned from the most incredible holiday and the villa played a big part in that! It was clean, spacious, cosy and equipped with everything our family could need. The perfect place to relax after long days at the parks! AMAZING!

Fabulous Villa, fabulous owners. The attention to detail in the villa is outstanding, it truly is. Such a comfortable villa with all the mod cons, it felt like home from day one and really special. The little extras they have left in the villa for guest to use really is something else. Julie and Jon are the best hosts a holiday maker can ask for. From start to finish customer service at its best. No issue was too small. Even down to the Keurig Machine needing descaling... the descaler was with us within hours.!! Perfect location, perfect everything. Thank you for such a fabulous holiday we will be back.

The Best Hosts!

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! Julie and Jon are some of the best hosts we have ever had. The villa is lovely and homely with everything you could imagine you would need for your holiday. The villa has two spacious king bedrooms with en suites and two lovely themed single bedrooms with a shared bathroom. There's a lovely open floor plan living area which provides a great social space for everyone. The estate is quiet and peaceful and perfectly placed for food, shopping, parks etc. The outside space is amazing (it's a shame it was so hot that we couldn't use it as much!), the bbq is a nice addition also. The beds were comfy and there had been lots of effort put into making this villa feel like a home from home. We could not recommend Julie and Jon highly enough. They made everything so comfortable from start to finish and were always available if you had any queries. They never failed to get back to us quickly. We really felt like they'd gone the extra mile to make our holiday the best that they could. We look forward to staying in this villa again in the future and we want to thank Julie and Jon for providing such a nice experience and for making our holiday that bit more special.

Highly recommended, exceeded our expectations

A wonderful, modern, extensively equipped home which exceeded our expectations in every way. The semi open plan layout gave such a feeling of spaciousness which the photos do not convey. Our family of 6 ( including 4 late teens/ early twenties) always had a spot to retreat to and could be simultaneously working at the work station, gaming in the den, chatting at the breakfast bar and playing in the games room. The pool area is private on all sides and the perimeter has been planted with lovely flowering shrubs. The new outdoor sofa, arm chairs and table have a perfect position in the shade while the always sunny pool deck is well furnished with loungers and a dining table. This layout again gave the feeling of spaciousness and catered for everybody’s sun requirements without constantly moving chairs to chase the sun/shade. Loads of thoughtful extras such as multiple hair dryers/ stying appliances, cool bags, rain ponchos, beach chairs and an abundance of pool towels. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean and an absolute pleasure to spend time in. Julie and Jon were very helpful and prompt with communication. They clearly love this home and the thoughtfulness of their renovations make it feel so much more than just a holiday rental. This was the best (of many good) Calabay Parc houses we have stayed in over the years. Highly recommend and hope to return!

Quiet relaxing time.

Would recommend using this villa. In a quiet residential area. Owners are only happy to help, with very quick response to any emails sent. House is nice and clean and pool has sun on it during the day. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Your home away from home!

This little piece of heaven is conveniently located very close to Orlando in a quiet and lovely community. The home is very cozy & clean, with beautiful furnishings & decor all around the house. The bed was so comfy that my husband and I slept amazing every night which is typically unusual for us when we travel away from our own bed for a week. You can truly bring your whole family here as there is plenty of space!!! Lots of activities to keep the kids occupied (i.e games room, game console, their own tvs, pool, etc). The pool & lanai area is zen! There is a lounge area to catch some rays and also plenty of shade so you can escape the sun. The pool is clean and was the perfect temperature for us! The owners were lovely, with excellent communication which made our arrival and stay so seamless. They really did think of it all here! We had an incredible week and will absolutely be back again! Thank you so much!

Paradise home from home

This is our 2nd visit to this particular house in Calabay parc. It was perfect the 1st time (although a little dated) , which led us to a 2nd visit. It did not disappoint. Aside, from the owners being theme park nerds, like ourselves , along with being wonderful, friendly and accommodating people, the house is a combination of sheer bliss and contentment. It is the perfect spot for your home away from home holiday. We would definitely come back for a 3rd, 4th and maybe 5th visit…and more. We would highly recommend this fabulous home for any length of time , whether it’s 1 week or 1 month.

Amazing

What a lovely villa had everything we needed owners were lovely and met the new owner just lovely would highly recommend pool was fab the wildlife was amazing every day we seen loads very spacious plenty of room nice quiet area

We got the itch early on. You can call it mouse fever, if you will. For over a decade, often two or three times a year, we have visited the region of Walt Disney World. Our kids were young and we would make the trek down from Canada for the picturesque and often snowy drive to the Sunshine State. We quickly became hooked.

Now, here we are, just two empty nester Canadians, sharing our love and passion for Florida. We purchased this lovely home (formerly TLC Villa) and made an ode to carry on a beautiful tradition that was already created.

When we aren’t full time real estate agents in Canada, this place is our true getaway. It allows us the time to kick back by the pool and enjoy some silence. Go enjoy a few rounds of golf and humble ourselves by not being professional PGA players. A quick trip to the coast to get our fix of sand and salt air. This home was meant for family and friends to have a place to visit, laugh and create memories.

We now want to welcome you to our hideaway and create memories for yourselves. And we do hope, you can make Calabay Getaway your forever place to escape to.
