New Build, Vaulted Ceilings, & Wildlife Activity!

So private, yet walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other amenities! Walk across the street to Seacoast Pizza, Batson River Brewing and Distilling, movie theater, mini golf, and so much more! The beach is just over a mile away-not a bad walk! This brand new custom home was just built and ready for your use. Situated on 17 acres of privacy and offering a wood burning fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor dining area. Wake up in the morning to some wildlife enjoying the 17 acres as well, turkeys and deer! Inside has vaulted ceilings and a wide open living room, kitchen, and 4 seasons sitting area with direct access to the back deck. There are 3 bedrooms total.
Bedroom #1: King bed- Primary bedroom ensuite with soaking tub, shower, and walk in closet
Bedroom #2: Queen/Queen bunk bed
Bedroom #3: Queen bed

Beach toys, chairs, and beach towels are included. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!

Please note, the garage is not for guest use!

What a wonderful place to stay. The house was perfect for our family to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The location of the property was walking distance to shopping and restaurants and short drive to beaches. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Great House and Location

What a fantastic spot! Minutes from everything but so nice to come home to a quiet, away from the hustle and bustle sanctuary. Best part was the wildlife. We had a family of 8 deer as well as a flock of 7 turkeys. So nice to sit on either the front or back deck and watch the wildlife

Perfect beach getaway!

Our stay at this newly built Wells vaca house couldn’t have been better! Everything we needed for our week away was supplied for us - the kitchen was fully stocked and we have endless games and puzzles for my kids to stay entertained! The kids loved the big bunk beds and our king bed with the master suite and walk in closet was gorgeous! The sun room and deck were perfect after a long day at the beach to sit and relax. The deer family was so cute and we saw them everyday in the yard - it was so nice having a quiet property to come home to every day. It was close to all the restaurants and beaches and made for a quick drive. We would love to stay here again!!

Another great stay!

Once again, we had a wonderful stay on Buzzell Road. The house was very clean and looked exactly like it did last year when it was new. It’s a great space for big families and the tenants provide beach gear which is very convenient. The staff is very attentive and checked in a few times to make sure we were comfy. I highly recommend staying at Buzzell Road or any property managed by coastline. We will be back again!

Family Friendly

Beautiful home, perfect for family. We enjoyed our stay at this family friendly home. We felt comfortable in the house and playing in the yard. It was spacious and the perfect place to land after enjoying days in town and at the beach. Clean, quiet and cozy.

Another great stay

Our second two-week stay at this great house, and it just keeps getting better. It’s brand new, very well-equipped and the cleaners do a fantastic job. With masses of space, a deck and gravelled seating area at the back and a very comfy porch out front there’s no need to leave the property and its 17 acres of back yard! But when you do, the beach is just a mile away and the property is pretty much in the middle of the stretch between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. So lots to do whatever your tastes in entertainment.
