You will love that you are just minutes to stores, the Gulf Breeze boat landing, Pensacola beach and our beautiful historical downtown Pensacola. After a fun day out, you can enjoy a private clean newly renovated home to call your own during your sunny Florida stay! The kitchen is open to the dining and living room area so you can have great laughs and talk about the fun day you had while preparing some of our Florida favorites. After dinner you will love the great outdoor patio area!

Lovely house

We enjoyed our stay at this house so much! The location is absolutely perfect for the beach and places to eat. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. When we come back next year we will stay here again!

Perfect for the Family

Perfect place to lodge as a family of 5. Kids all had space. Clean, adorably decorated and located in Gulf Breeze proper.

Great location

We had a very comfortable stay! The house is equipped with all kitchen appliances you need to cook. Beds are comfortable. Location is perfect to get tk the beach or spend a day in the city. We look forward to staying again!

Nice little house close to Pensacola Beach

Property was as described. It is conveniently located in Gulf Breeze. We had no issues with the property while we were there for a week. We would stay here again.

Perfect house for our family.

We rented the house for our Son’s winging. It was the perfect location. We were close to the fun activities at the beach and close to our friend’s house right around the corner. It was clean, cute and had everything we needed. It was well equipped with new dishes, new pots and pans and kitchen items. Thank you so such. If we need a rental we will stay here again.

Overall nice, place a little dated - rust in bath sinks, old cabinets that would not close. Green mold on outside of house and windows. Poorly mounted bathroom door mirror

We want to begin by saying our over all experience was fantastic! We want thank you so very much for your hospitality and care in making our Pensacola stay one of the very best experiences we've ever had. Everything with the home was clean and organized well. The house is extremely spacious and with an open floor plan. The kitchen is well stocked with all the items you need to cook. The home is conveniently situated within minutes of local grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. It’s also just minutes from Pensacola Beach. We were truly blessed. If we get to come back next year, and it's available, we will attempt to choose your property first. Again, Thank you!

Clean, Quiet and Convenient

Clean and nicely furnished home in a quiet neighborhood just off the main road between mainland Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Located behind shopping centers with grocery stores and restaurants. A couple of odd features... the bathroom vanities are mounted at least six inches higher than standard. Using them were awkward for me at 5'9" and difficult for my shorter wife and sister. And the microwave was wired into the top shelf of the pantry closet. The controls were at least 6' from the floor and my sister couldn't reach the door opening. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Family Thanksgiving

We picked this location so we could spend Thanksgiving with my son stationed at the navy base near by. It is a great location to everything. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner and there was plenty of seating at the table for us. Master suite had a large walk-in closet but the shower and toilet space is a bit tight. The second bathroom was much roomier. We brought our dog and the fenced in backyard was great. It was also great to walk around the neighborhood behind the house with the dog. Reading the other reviews was helpful and accurate. I agree with the review about the bathroom vanities being very oddly high yet there was a step stool in the cabinet which was needed. Some of the kitchen cabinets don’t shut all they way including the one under the sink which was challenging because my dog kept opening it and smelling around in there so I had to remove the cleaning items from in there to be safe. We still enjoyed our stay though.
