We have vacationed on the Cape for 50 years, this was by far the nicest house we have ever had stayed in. It exceeded all of our expectations. I can’t say enough positive things about the home owner, the location, the beautiful home, and all the amenities. This house is a true treasure.

Family Get-Together In Dennis

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. It was well stocked and the beach was such a short walk (three minutes or less I would say). We arrived and the house was very clean and there’s plenty of space to spread out. My only suggestion is to provide hairdryers in the bathrooms.

Great location.

Quick walk to the beach even with little ones. And very close to Dennis Village. Game cube was a big hit after a long day at the beach. Bedroom accommodations worked fine for the 7 of us.

Wonderful Beach House

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It’s a great beach house with water views from the great room and rooftop deck, and it’s just a block from the beach. It met our needs well. We had no issues with the house, and the host responded promptly to a couple questions prior to our stay.

Premium Location; Great Family House

We loved our long weekend in this rental! Lovely space with two separate upstairs “wings” and a ground floor primary bedroom suite. House is very clean and doesn’t have that common musty “Cape” smell. Comfortable back deck with grill and lots of seating. Having the fields across the street and the incredibly short walk to Corporation Beach was really convenient.

Annual Cape vacation

We had to find a new house after 10 years at the same location. This turned out to be a great house. Very clean, plenty of space, kitchen was well stocked, and very short, easy walk to corporation beach. It was great to have sheets and bath towels included and the front deck is a great place to have dinner.

Our Family Get Together

Our family had such a wonderful time at this cottage just steps away from Corporation Beach! The cottage was beautiful and spotless with all necessary supplies at hand. We had plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and the owners were very accommodating with any needs.Can't wait to return!

Beautiful house!

This house is beautiful. Plenty of room inside. We all loved how close we were to the beach. The beach is a nice beach too. To change a few things, the upstairs bedrooms with the double bed and 2 twins should get different shades. It’s bright in there when the sun rises. Also, a little bit warm up there. Otherwise, a nice place.

Love this house!!

What an amazing experience. First of all, you can’t beat the location. 5 minute walk to Corporation Beach. Everything in the house was fresh and clean. Each room (and there are many) had its own remote for climate control. The family room was great for games! Plenty of beach chairs, equipment, buckets, and shovels. I personally loved the outside shower. Bill, our host, was extremely responsive and accommodating!

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is clear that a lot of thought had been put into the new addition and renovations. Bill was responsive in walking us through the check in process, and any additional questions we had. Our favorite part was the location. We were worried about the walk because we have a toddler, but it is in fact, a very short distance. Some of the other Cape beach parking lots have a longer walk than we had from the house to Corporation beach. The bay side is fantastic with its gentle waves, low tide and hermit crab catching. We walked to and from the beach throughout the day. We also loved how close the house was to Sesuit Harbor Cafe. Additionally, Bill went above and beyond when our son left behind his 2 favorite teddy bears. They made sure our son was reunited with them as soon as possible. We appreciate Bill and Sue opening their Cape home to us, and being so kind with all our needs. We have already booked our next trip to stay here.

35 year Girls trip reunion

Great location, property was perfect! very clean and just homey. All essentials included, including bedding and towels. Walk to Commercial Beach, easy drive to Hyannis and pretty much all Cape points of interest. Susan is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Beautiful rental 1 block from Corporation Beach

While not fancy, this property had everything we needed and more. The views of the water from the living room were beautiful and the open living/dining/kitchen area was great for socializing. The house was well-stocked. The AC, hot water and water pressure were excellent. The beds are super comfortable and we had the convenience of having towels and linens provided. The location could not have been more ideal and the items in the shed (umbrellas and chairs, etc) were great. Hopefully, we will be be able to return sometime soon.

Great location for beach access

This vacation home has an excellent location near Corporation Beach which you can easily walk to instead of paying the $25-30 parking fee. Beach chairs, umbrella & boogie boards were provided in the shed which was great, the only thing that would have improved our time between the house & the beach would be a wagon or beach cart to lug all the gear. The grassy yard was perfect for lawn games and relaxing under the shade of the tree. The outdoor shower might be the best feature of the house aside from the air conditioning (which was very much needed!) We had 4 guests staying there but it could easily sleep 7 or 8. The 100% cotton sheets and towels that are provided were good quality but the mattresses and pillows need updating. Overall, a good experience that I would do again if the beds were more comfortable.

Rustic beach retreat

The house has a rustic charm with nice open floor plan. AC throughout that works well. We traveled with two small children 10 mos. and 4.5, this was perfect for them. Walking distance to the beach which also has snack stand and swings. Quiet beautiful neighborhood. The house is packed with most things you need.
