Lakefront home with private dock on Lake Winnisquam, 15 min from Gunstock Mtn

Escape to a picturesque retreat on beautiful Lake Winnisquam, where breathtaking views and endless waterfront activities (both summer and winter) await you. Welcome to our serene 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom lake house. With private lake access, there's a shallow area for swimming/wading with a private double-sided dock. The location is also near Gunstock mountain, a marina, stores, golf, hiking trails, and Pirate's Cove. This vacation rental is an oasis for outdoor enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike. Guests are welcome to leave their boat docked for the duration of their visit.

The House:
The sunlit open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area provide a welcoming space. The gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops and is fully equipped to satisfy all your cooking needs. Prepare a delicious meal while enjoying the panoramic views of the lake, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

There is central air conditioning.

There are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, as well as an outdoor shower.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary bedroom- 2nd floor, King bed, attached to a large full bathroom which also has access to the hall

Bedroom 2 - 1st floor, Queen bed. Across from a common full bathroom.

Bedroom 3- 2nd floor. This is a full bed on the bottom along with two twins above (bunk beds). Also can fit a pack-and-play or an air mattress. Air mattress is provided at the house. It’s down the hall from the full bathroom.

Outdoor Paradise:

Your private lake access is just a few steps away, beckoning you to indulge in a plethora of waterfront activities. The double-sided dock is ideal for sunbathing, casting a fishing line, or launching your own boat. There is also a shallow area for swimming/wading. Picture yourself paddleboarding or rafting along the serene waters of Lake Winnisquam. The marina, Winnisquam Marine, is at the beginning of the street and walking distance to make for an easy rental experience.

In the winter months, enjoy skating on the lake or skiing at Gunstock Mountain (only 15 min away). There are also fun fall and summer activities offered at Gunstock!

Fall months bring beautiful foliage and hiking trails for all to enjoy.

There is also a nearby golf course within a few miles, Lochmere Country Club, which is a beautiful public course with a restaurant, Greenside Restaurant.

Ideal Location:

Convenience is at your doorstep with stores within easy reach, ensuring you have everything you need for a fantastic getaway. The marina, located at the beginning of the street, offers seamless access to boat rentals, allowing you to explore the lake at your leisure.

Pirate's Cove is less than a mile away. There are also many stores, grocery stores, and the outlets all close by.

Less than 2 miles away (4 minute drive) from the new luxurious resort Lake Estate.

Amenities include a fully stocked home and gourmet kitchen. We have central air conditioning and heating. We have a washer and dryer for use as well. There is high-speed internet access.
Safety: There are Ring security cameras outside over garage facing the driveway, outside facing the lake/dock, and in the garage. There are NO cameras inside the home.
