Welcome to the stunning, private escape of Gilford! This 6 bedroom, 4 full bathroom is the ideal vacation spot for you and your family- accommodating up to 18 guests. Sit back and relax by the pool and hot tub, or cozy up inside for a game night with a fully stocked game room: pool table, shuffle board, cards, board games, and more! Brand NEW outdoor fire pit! This house can accommodate ample parking. At the top of the neighborhood, you can experience stunning, panoramic views of the lakes/mountains.

The Space:
Working from home, no problem. This property features 2 state of the art standup desks with wireless charging. Staying just for fun, all 3 levels of the home have common areas to fit large groups and give guests some privacy from the others should they need it.

Kitchen
*Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, a ”knock-knock” fridge by LG, an induction cooktop, an oven and a wine/beer fridge to fit beverages for the whole family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain. A drip coffee pot and Keurig are included for your morning cup of coffee.

The Grand Room
*Amazing open floor plan that is all tied together by the Grand room that features 15 foot cathedral ceilings with wood beams, a 75 inch Smart TV, and a 14 foot wooden shuffleboard.

Plus four twin beds - 3 in the common area upstairs and 1 in the lower level

Outside Area
The Front yard features a private 500 foot driveway that was newly paved and lined with lighted lamps atop large granite posts. There is also a 40x25 fish pond with a fountain right where the 2 private driveways split left and right off the home.

We just added a brand new fire pit with seating for 7 people. We do not leave firewood out for guests for liability purposes but you are welcome to bring your own as long as you follow the noise ordinance and be safe.

The backyard has an incredible set up with a massive Gunite pool for the summer time and 5-person hot tub that is open all year round. Behind the Waterfall there is a horseshoe pit and an acre of flat lawn that is well maintained for any other backyard games. Adjacent to the pool there is a converted shed that is now an outdoor bar with seating for 4-5 people. The outdoor bar also has a Smart TV. We keep it open with the pool from Mid May to Late September and the pool can be heated for $750 per week or $500 per weekend at 78 degrees during the day.

This rental has something for every season:
Winter: Gunstock Mountain 10 minutes away (many other mountains within an hour drive)
Spring: Boat Season opens back up just a few miles down the road
Summer: The Pool opens up and golf season begins
Fall: Foliage is incredible in the lakes region

Hard to believe this Oasis is only a 90 minute drive from Boston.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house (minus owners closet).

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy historic Gilford and nearby areas such as ​​Lake Winnipesaukee within minutes.
Fun fact: The property was formerly a horse farm!
Only a few short miles to Downtown Laconia.
On the other side of the property is the The Ridge Golf Club that is open to the public.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation during the warmer months. We do recommend bringing a car.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed for $125 per pet per stay maximum 2 dogs.
Pool may be heated for $500 per weekend or $750 per week with 48 hour notice.
Guests must provide their own firewood if they would like to utilize the fire pit at their own discretion. It should never be left unattended while there is a live flame, and it should be extinguished entirely prior to going in for the night.
Pellet Stove is just for show and will be locked for your stay. You are free the propane heater and obviously the traditional heating system.
Please note there exterior cameras at the property.
The water does have a scent to it but it is safe to drink and bath in. Mountain water in the Granite State is known to have a scent especially when the water is really hot.
