Our condo has been thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind. Featuring new floors, appliances, furniture, and decor, every detail has been carefully chosen to create a bright and inviting atmosphere. You'll be immersed in coastal vibes from the moment you step inside.

You won't have to travel far to enjoy the stunning beaches of Madeira Beach. Our condo is located on the intracoastal, and you can easily walk to the sun-soaked shores, just a stone's throw away. Beach necessities are included, so you can relax and soak up the Florida sun.

Comfort & Relaxation
Rest easy in our king-sized bed after a day of beachside adventures. The full sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space for your family or friends. The kitchen is ready for your culinary exploration, with a full compliment of cookware and small appliances. A refrigerator, dishwasher, convection microwave, induction stovetop, and warming drawer allow you to cook up a homey meal after a day in the sun. There is a charcoal grill available for grilling along the beautiful intracoastal, our personal favorite!

Our unit is great for small families. Pack n Play and High Chair are available in the closet.

Resort-Style Amenities
The "Mad Mermaid" Condo is part of the Madeira Beach Yacht Club, a gated community that offers a host of fantastic amenities to enhance your stay. Take a dip in one of the two heated pools, unwind in the hot tub, or enjoy some downtime in the sauna. Stay active in the on-site gym, or challenge your travel companions to a game of billiards. There are also several fishing piers where you can reel in some fresh catch or watch for dolphins!

Outdoor Fun for All Ages
Adjacent to the ROC Park, you'll find even more to explore. Play a game of tennis, cool off in the splash pad, or let the little ones have a blast in the children's park. There's also a dog park, baseball fields, and a butterfly garden, ensuring there's something for everyone.

Beach Adventures Await
When you're ready to hit the beach, Archibald Beach Park is just an 8 minute walk (0.3 miles) from our front door. There is also beach parking available if you prefer to drive. Stop at the Madeira "Snack Shack" on the beach for light bites, refreshing drinks, or even rent beach chairs and umbrellas for ultimate relaxation. We also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, towels, Bluetooth speaker, and a cooler for your convenience.

Guest access
Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a gated community. You will be given an access code for the community gate. We utilize a smart-lock for contactless check in. You will receive your unique code upon check-in and it will remain active until 11am on your departure date.

Parking is available for up to two cars. Before your trip, your host will submit an application to the community HOA on your behalf in order to obtain parking permit(s). Additional guest information may be required at this time.

You will have access to the community amenities via key fob.
Other things to note:
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am.

No smoking or vaping will be tolerated. You will be charged a $500.00 fee if there is evidence of smoking in the unit.

Sorry, no pets are allowed due to community guidelines.

A boat slip may be available for rent with use of the condo. Please message if interested, additional fee will be applied.
