Un acogedor condominio de Madeira Beach Yacht Club recién remodelado, a solo 150 metros de la mejor playa de arena blanca de Madeira. Comunidad privada cerrada: dos piscinas climatizadas al aire libre, 4 muelles de pesca, muelles (cuando estén disponibles). Casa club con sala de billar, un pequeño gimnasio bien equipado, jacuzzi / jacuzzi, sauna, duchas y vestuarios. A pocos pasos de las tiendas de comestibles y farmacias, cajeros automáticos, tiendas especializadas, restaurantes y oficinas de correos. El condominio está ubicado frente al Memorial Water Front Park, nuevas canchas públicas de baloncesto y tenis, biblioteca y un área de juegos para niños. Johns Pass Village está a una milla de distancia, un restaurante giratorio de mariscos en Saint Pete Beach a solo 19 minutos en coche, Bush Gardens y Tampa a 30 minutos en coche, el Museo Salvador Dalí en St. Petersburg, a 20 minutos en coche, y Walt Disney World y Universal Studio, a 90 minutos en coche.
La cocina de alta gama recientemente remodelada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, estufa de vidrio, refrigerador y congelador con máquina de hielo, centro de lavandería (lavadora y secadora), triturador de basura, Cafetera Keurig, tostadora, hervidor eléctrico, todos los platos, utensilios de cocina, utensilios. Perfect Vacation Getaway!

This condo is the perfect little home away from home with beautiful beachy decor and comfortable furnishings! We had everything that we needed for our 7 night stay. Very close to stores and restaurants and the beautiful beach. The gated complex is safe and quiet. You can occasionally hear the music from the bars and restaurants down the street but it was never disruptive or overpowering. Natalia is a perfect hostess, she responds quickly to email inquiries, offers many recommendations for restaurants and follows up upon check in to see if there is anything that you need. I hope to stay again in the future.

Great stay in Madeira Beach

The condominium was very clean and all furnishings are in great shape. Owner was very attentive to details and even followed up with us to make sure everything was well a day after checking in. Everything you need for the beach is included - beach towels, beach umbrella with anchor, and two very nice beach chairs. You will get very detailed instructions on checking-in and some restaurant recommendations prior to arriving. Greatly enjoyed our stay

Cozy, Comfortable

Very nice, small condo close to the beach. Very clean. There are a couple of small establishments about a block away that has very loud music, but once in the condo, you can barely hear the noise. We did not use the pools.We had a rental car but i really think you don't need one as the beach, restaurants and grocery are very close by. Natalia is probably one of the best hosts I have ever dealt with. She was very prompt in responding to my text messages. We are looking forward to staying at this condo again.

First trip to Madeira Beach

We enjoyed our first visit to Madeira Beach. This condo was perfect for our visit-nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach and other businesses. Thanks, Natalia, for the opportunity to stay there and the nice extras that made the stay perfect.

Wonderful vacation

My wife aand I had a 10 day stay in April. Everything was as shown in the photos except in the photo of the table outside of the kitchen. It looked quite small in the photo but actually it was larger than it looked and was plenty big for us to eat meals at. Also the coffee table in front of the couch lifts up and towards the couch so you can eat there also. The remodel is very nice. One thing though is there is not a TV in the bedroom. The location is great. Maybe 5 minute walk to the beach. Three bars closer than that are all unique, with one on a hotel roof top for great sunsets. Also an American Legion across the bay about a mile away that has great sunsets with a large deck over the water. Saw a dolphin swim under one of the docks one time. If you cross Gulf Blvd by CVS when going to the beach you will walk past Madeira Beach Snack Shack. They have excelent breakfast on Sat and Sundays. Lunch and dinner every day I believe. We had breakfast there 3 days. The condo is situated so that if you sit in the chairs outside the condo door it is always in the shade. For how much more it costs to stay on the other side of Gulf Blvd on the beach we feel this place is a very good value. We can't wait to go again and would definitely stay in this condo. We had one or two questions while there and the owner was easy to talk to.

Love our stay here!

This property was very clean and had everything needed for a stay that feels like home. Natalia is very kind and communication with her was easy and prompt. The location of the condo was a very short walk to the beach as well as a shopping center and restaurants. We felt very safe staying here and the condo complex is very quiet at all times of the day and night. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Natalia for providing us a home away from home!

Great place, great location!

Natalia was very attentive and we had everything we needed! It was so clean! It’s walking distance to the beach, CVS, a bar/grill on the beach to watch sunsets, 3 other great bars and a wonderful roof top bar with the best view ever. The pool was great! The hot tub wasn’t working when we were there. The people in the complex were friendly and helpful too! It felt very safe. It was a very short drive to John’s pass where you can also access the beach! We loved everything about it!

Fantastic

Natalia has great communication before and during. The place was so clean and she provided travel sized toiletries in the bathroom. Location is great with restaurants, Winn Dixie, dollar tree, library, police and fire station all right across the street. Condo layout is great, located on the second floor (stairs only), in the kitchen some cabinets are taller but there is a small step stool. We had an absolutely amazing time. Can't wait to come back.

Beach lover's haven

The owner has renovated this unit with high quality materials giving it a luxury look and feel. The location is perfect for people looking to enjoy the beach during the day and night life in the evening with bars and restaurants all in easy walking distance. I found a good variety of restaurants from a quick snack or burger to delicious Thai, and fabulous fish. Natalia kindly provided little extras such as some bottled water, trial size shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, even the toilet paper was high quality. The kitchen had all the necessary tools if you want to make a meal. And if you do need anything, there is a supermarket and dollar store in easy walking distance. Bed is comfy. Can't say enough good things. Do be aware that there is only one bedroom with one bed, and it is on the second floor, so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Easy parking right in front of unit. And of course, the beautiful beach with the soft sugar sand and gorgeous sunsets is the star of the show, easy walk to get there so no worries about parking. I would come back and stay again. Lovely.
