Book ahead of the demand for this 1st floor beach condo only steps from the beautiful Brigantine beaches available for Summer Rental Season only! Close to Atlantic City, the Brigantine Golf Course, and the 4x4 beach entrance. A compact yet open space with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath, fully furnished with brand new furniture and coastal décor. Will include 6 beach badges and beach gear. Don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions!


This beach home is the perfect space to spend time with family but still have 3 separate bedrooms with AC units.

Layout provides:
• Master bedroom with queen bed
• Bedroom with queen bed
• Bedroom with 2 twin beds
• Pullout couch in living room
• Full spacious bathroom with tub
• Newer kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and large refrigerator –
• Front porch/deck with outdoor porch chairs with ottomans and tables for
lounging
• 2 car off street parking plus plenty of street parking too

Lovely quiet neighborhood near beach, the little basket of snacks, tea and coffee that welcomed us after a long drive was a pleasant surprise, and the host responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Would go back.

Very pleased w rental and Brigantine Beach. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. All extras were greatly appreciated- beach chairs, towels, sheets and some basic ingredients. Highly recommend!

Great location, easy walk to the beach. One downside were the flies on the porch on the warmer days made it kind of unusable but mornings and evening we were able to sit outside. Had a grill and ann outdoor shower. parking was kind of tricky bc both floors share the same one lane driveway. Luckily all but one night we were able to utilize street parking so we didn’t get blocked in. Size wise it’s small but we did ok with a family of 4 plus grandparents, think apartment size. The kids hung out in the bedroom so the adults were able to hang out in the living room. The bedrooms all had tvs but we couldn’t get anything on them without a Roku stick and we only brought one. I found the bed too soft for me but my husband was ok with it. I also have back issues so I like firmer beds. Chairs and adult bikes were provided so that was nice even though we didn’t use the bikes it looks like a nice neighborhood to bike around. Overall nice place, no issues, good communication from the owners, we had a great time.

We had a very relaxing time in Brigantine. We were close to the beach and the property included use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The outside shower came in handy to rinse off all of the sand. The three bedrooms were comfortable and gave everyone their own space. The owners provided lots of recommendations for restaurants. We enjoyed the getaway.

First Brigantine stay!

This place was exactly as it says. Clean, tastefully decorated with beach decor, and 1 block to the beach. Hosts were easy to reach for questions and included many extras to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, welcoming and the front porch was our favorite place to sit! The house is in a perfect location, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy! Bonnie and George communicated so well with me and all of our questions!! We are so grateful and hope to be back again!

Awesome accommodations!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were splendid.The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach!Our host provided morning coffee, beach chairs, towels and an outdoor grill: everything we needed for a wonderful family stay at the beach! The property is conveniently laid out and meticulously kept. We easily accommodated 6 adults in the spacious bedrooms and had ample space in the kitchen and living room to relax and socialize! We will be returning to the this property! Thank you so much!

Family Trip

This is a well kept property near the beach. It has a lot of extras which make the property even more enjoyable ( bikes, boogy boards, coffee, towels, linens, etc.)I will try to stay there next year.

We loved pretty much everything about this beach condo. It really is the first floor of a very cute two family house Very spacious for my husband and I, nicely appointed, immaculately clean, nice touches like snacks and kitchen supplies, use of bikes, beach chairs and beach cart, beach tags. Easy 1 block walk to beach. We love the area. Brigantine is so beautiful and peaceful. What more can I say?

Long weekend

This was our second time staying at this property. It is always clean and in a great location. The hosts are easy to contact and very friendly. We’re planning on making this an annual trip. I would recommend this property to anyone.

We have visited Brigantine, NJ the last 5 years and this is the best property we have stayed in. The location is great, within easy walking to the beach. The property was clean and neat. All beach accessories were provided which allowed us to pack less to bring along on the trip. The beach accessories were all stored in a shed located on the property. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Brigantine.

Wonderful!!

We had an amazing time staying at this property. Our hosts were so accommodating and made us feel at home. The house was perfectly stocked with anything and everything we could need to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location to the beach was fantastic and we will definitely be booking again!!

Great clean spot, close to beach

This home was clean and an easy walk to the beach. Little amenities were available and appreciated, plus towels, sheets and some beach supplies so that saved a ton of space in our car! While it had only 1 bathroom it was quite large to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids.
