Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida - Crescent Beach. Esta villa duplex de 2 dormitorios, 1 cuarto de baño es de 1000 sq. Ft. Sala de estar, comedor, cocina completa (todos los electrodomésticos), terraza. Clima / ac. La unidad cuenta con un rey, 2 gemelos, cama. 3 televisores. Se encuentra al otro lado de nuestra gran piscina climatizada y está en el segundo piso. Esta unidad es corto paseo a las playas de arena blanca y azul de cristal. Este atractivo complejo está situado en la parte más ancha de la Media Luna Beach. La vista es pintoresca y las puestas de sol son magníficas. Hay cabañas 2 de playa, sillas de playa y un pintoresco patio frente a la playa con tejo. También hay una sala de juegos con billar, ping pong, air hockey. Visite el Island House Beach Resort y que sus vacaciones sean de lo más memorable.

Key West alternate

Phenomenal white sand, water and cleanliness. Fantastic grilling options, however would have been nice to have been more centrally located. Walkable options for meals and free shuttle/trolley available. Nice to have screened outdoor seating area. Beautiful property!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love island house every year I come with my family, this year I did not book early and I had to choose villa 10B and I really did not like it! the beds are very uncomfortable and the pots and kitchen utensils are very worn and old. With respect to the place in general, I have no complaints and the maintenance staff is very friendly.

Reviewer Comments: The carpet going up the stairs into the 2nd floor condo I think used to be a tan colour now it is so stained and disgusting it's probably 45 years old really needs to be updated. There were Cockroaches and palmetto bugs. The kitchen cabinet door was falling off. You had to hold the toilet handle down till it flushed all the way.

The management staff was always friendly and helpful.Th village is a short distance away on Siesta Key . We would highly recommend villa 10 as it can be a 2 or 4 bedroom depending on what you would like to book. It’s one stand alone villa that is 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs.

Great unit in a great complex. Partial ocean view, 2-3 minute walk to spectacular beach, nice pool, and family friendly. Unit has functional kitchen (pots/pans, dishes/bowls, glasses, etc). Only criticism is lack of kitchen "basics" - sponge, scrub brush, salt/pepper, etc., but minor issue compared to every other positive feature.

Love the location

Our villa was too close to the office and all the action...Too many cars coming and going...Loved the proximity to the gulf and the chairs and sand...beautiful beach!!! Our villa, 10B could use an update on furniture and fixtures...all a little worn but useable...All staff were friendly and courteous...We had a nice time!!!

Thank you for the comments. Glad you enjoyed. I know they are upgrading soon. You rented the unit that is the furthest from the beach and the least expensive. Next time you should consider upgrading as it is not that much difference in price. Thanks again!

Perfect stay in paradise

Great Affordable Stay!

Very nice place, nearly all updated. Great location, beach access. Pool is big and heated. Partial ocean view.
